The casa is fully licensed with a 'bed and breakfast' and a restaurant license:
'Arrendador inscripto'

The house has 3 bedrooms for rent:

- Mercedes : 1 bed for 2 persons, conditioned air and electric fan and 1 independent bathroom with warm water.
- Youselin : 1 bed for 2 persons, conditioned air and electric fan and 1 independent bathroom with warm water.
- Carlos y Rebeca : 2 beds for 4 persons, conditioned air and electric fan and 1 independent bathroom with warm water (for tourists with small children, they pay nothing).

All the bedrooms are in the house where all the family live, eat and sleep.

There is only one (shared) entrance to the house.
The hosts, who are between 40 and 50 years old, are Carlos and Rebeca, a very good cook. Ask to Rebeca especially for her 'langosta en salsa' and her 'camarones en grille'.
There is more though: you can try a lot of others exquisites dishes. Ask to Carlos for his 'puerco asado' (meat) or his 'pargo asado' (fish).
The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and sheets are changed frequently.
You can have your clothes washed an ironed without any problem.
The house has also a 'patio', a living room with television, dvd and hi-fi.
Enjoy the 2 beautiful and panoramic terraces.
Other features: lovely dining room, refrigerator, 110/220 volts current, a guarded car park, safe.
You will be staying with a great family that is very hospitable, nice to a fault and sympathetic.
The house has many furnishings and objects of the colonial age and is listed in the Lonely Planet guide.
Those visiting the 500-year-old city will find Spanish colonial architecture in Trinidad, underscoring a colonial ambiance that marks the tiny city one of the country’s greatest attractions. Only a few square blocks in size, historic Trinidad is famous for its lovely, cobblestone streets, pastel colored houses with elaborate wrought-iron grills, as well as majestic palaces and plazas. The city can be toured in a few hours, by foot or by horse-drawn carriage. The city’s is located near both the Escambray Mountains and the Caribbean beach.
