We had a nice stay in Trinidad. We were moved to Vicky's sister's house but the accommodation was nice and conveniently located. The shower there had a bit low pressure but aside from that everything was very nice.

Hi travelers.

We had booked this casa 1 month before our arrival. We arrived about noon and we were told that casa is full and they don't have room for us. Roxana (daughter in law of owner) guided us to her mother's casa which was 3min far from this casa. It hadn't nice environment like "vicky y Tito" but it was 30℅ cheaper & very clean with nice and kind owners. Roxana was at next door all day to prepare everything you need or any help.

The owner's reply
Have you realized we are a family and we are not a hotel with 40 rooms and we have our family rooms all to grant these services done?? yes you do, cause as you said Roxana was next door for you at anyrate, we gave you a discount, so why would you rate our house with 10...??? is not the best to do, I hope you understan you are harming a four rooms family business, what you say is true but why are you saying that very clean and cheaper and then gave us 10 on the evaluation it is not acceptable, we never abandon a client on the streets always try to help and have a detail when moving them is the only choice

I'm sorry to say but despite the fact that I booked the room far in advance (and received the confirmation which I printed out and brought with me to the casa) right after my arrival it appeared that my room is still occupied and they have no place for me. The only explanation I received from the staff was: "we're overbooked. and it's not my fault that we don't have a room for you as it wasn't me who sent you the confirmation". I was speechless.

Vicky had problems with an older guest, so we spend 1 night at hr sister's casa in the neighbourhood. Both casas were clean, but the bathroom had no soap and the shower was very low in its water pressure. Both casas were totally in the center of Trinidad, so everything was easy to reach, but it was quit in the rooms. The breakfast was quite good and included pancakes. We got a present (necklace) from Vicky's sister.

Perfect location with very friendly english speaking host. Room and bathroom were the best of our four casas.

BE CAREFUL. We booked a room at the Casa Tito y Vicky BUT then they brought us to another hostal, which was ok, but not the same standard.

At first we were taken to a room at Tito y Vicky, BUT AFTER WE HAVE SEEN THE NICE ROOM, they told us, that we have to sleep in another hostal across the street in a terribly hot room. I'm still angry at you!

We loved this casa - very beautiful room, dining on the balcony, great food, smiling casa owner (wife away in Miami) great location, near Cubatur and Dulce Crema delicious coconut ice cream. The only challenge was at mealtimes, when the server(s) did not know enough English so that we could explain things. For example, once we asked for only 2 slices of bread the next morning, and we got another whole basket. We do not like to see good food going to waste.
