In Osvaldo and Arais B & B we offer two rooms, both with capacity for 5 people.
One of the bedrooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, air conditioning. Private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours, closets, safe, TV. The rooms have the door locked with a lock. Free linen and towels. In the lounge there is a bar where you can taste a variety of drinks.

We are a friendly family willing to help you with all possible services to have a pleasant stay in the city. Guests can use all common areas of the house, such as the terrace, lounge, dining room and porch. You can choose the menu for breakfast and dinner. You can enjoy our cocktails and gastronomy. We offer laundry service, ironing clothes at moderate prices.

Our house is located in a very quiet and safe area. We are 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. Our house is close to ATMs, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops where you can buy fruits and vegetables. We are also close to schools, hospitals, clinics, beauty salons, massage rooms.
