Very helpful and warm owner. Nice and calm place not on the main street. Minus: loud in the night as people talked outside.

The best casa we had in Cuba and the family is so lovely. When you visit Vinales this is the place to be. They feel like your own family. And Anara is the best cook in Cuba.

We booked this casa but unfortunately and without any explanation, we were dropped in a casa of the family which was an absolutely 'basic' casa. Only out of respect for the father who took really good care of us we stayed there for 2 nights. We felt cheated by Anara who obviously didn't care.

Instead of staying at this Casa we stayed at her sisters Marie. Such a wonderful person. Thanks so much for your lovely hospitality. A big hug for you, Marie!

Anara y Didier truly were our Cuban family-- family that sticks with you when the going gets rough! When my boyfriend got super sick, they took us to the clinic and pulled some major strings to get us taken care of quickly (Anara is a dentist, so you are in good hands!) I have no idea what we would've done had we not been staying with them. They did so much for us, including free drinks, just to make sure we had a good experience despite the illness. MUCHAS GRACIAS, ANARA Y DIDIER! You are always, always welcome in Tennessee!

I highly recommend Casa Anara y Didier. They are a lovely couple with a wonderful home and yard space. Quiet street that is walking distance to the center of town. If you are looking for accommodations in a home where you can get to know the owners this is the place for you. They treat you like family :) Fabulous dinners too!

Great casa and great hosts!

Quiet area very close to the centre.

Nice outdoor area to have the delicious breakfast and other meals if needed.

The family is very nice and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a good time in Vinales.

They even bought a cake for my wife's birthday!

Fine room, just outside Vinales. Host loves to cook for the guests - the Lobster was good.

Anara and Didier have a nice house near the center of Vinales. They organized some interesting trips for us and were very helpful whereever possible (e.g. organizing a taxi, making the laundry). Both speak little English, which is enough to communicate :) The food at the casa was excellent. In the neighborhood there are a lot of animals, which you also hear in the night, especially some roosters. However, this was not a problem at all to us.

Anaras food was the best we ate in Cuba, and great value for money. Anara & Didler were incredibly helpful in organising tours which we thoroughly enjoyed. They also saved the day when I lost my camera, which was very kind of them. The casa itself is beautiful, and we couldn't have enjoyed the experience more.

One of the best casas we stayed in in Cuba! The people were very friendly and helping, driving us to the bus station and even letting us sleep one night in their own bed room when the actual room was still occupied by other tourists due to a reservation mistake. The food was fantastic, especially the dinner. We did a walking tour together with Anara, which I can also only be recommend. The casa itself was a bit hard to find, but since Vinales is quite small the city center was still in walking distance. The only thing that could have been better was the shower (really hot!) and the fridge which was a bit smelly sometimes.

My husband and I spent 4 days at Casa Dra. Anara y Didier in April 2016 and it was the highlight of our trip to Cuba. This warm and lively family welcomed us into their home and took great care of us. We ate breakfast and dinner at their casa each day and the meals were delicious and varied. Their casa is an easy 10 minute walk from town. We appreciated being removed from the center, which is thick with tourists. We spent two mornings exploring the Valle de Silencia with Anara. She is a wonderful guide who knows all the paths, farms, people, plants and animals of the area. She speaks English, and she is also a patient mentor for those of us working on our Spanish. Didier arranged for us to go horseback riding with a guide in the beautiful Parque Nacional Viñales one afternoon, and arranged bicycle rentals for us for another day. Most of all we enjoyed our time with Anara and Didier and their son. We hope to see them again some day!
