Sea Point Villas are an ideal option for family holidays. For large groups, we can offer multiple villas in our complex, so the family can stay together, but still be in their own villa. Ideal for wedding accommodation, for guests who want to stay together too. Situated in Coral Bay, Paphos, our location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The supermarket is a few minutes drive from us. Car Hire and taxi transfers are available too. All villas have their own private pool, so you can swim, and relax in your private garden. Chefs and caterers can be arranged to cook a special meal for any celebration at the villa. Enjoy tranquillity, peace and make happy memories at our villas. The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron.

The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Other charges: all bookings for the 5 bedroom villa are subject to a damage deposit of EU 400 payable in cash, upon arrival. It will be returned, on the day of departure, after the villa has been inspected, and no damages have been recorded..

If a cancellation occurs after booking, up to 10 weeks prior to arrival, 30% of the total fee is charged, and non refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 10 weeks of arrival, the full amount is non refundable.

In the event of a no show this property charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.

No parties, or loud music permitted at the villas.
