The village was built in a valley and has a combination of mountain and sea.
An old oak tree stands in the village square, dating back to 1898, and is over 20 metres high.In the nearby fields of the village, a variety of fruit is cultivated, and Pyrgos peaches are particularly famous.

Hotel is located on the beach called omega in Kato Pyrgos in the front there is a view of the sea and on the back side the mountain.
Upon reaching the beach, one immediately realizes the reason it was named Omega, since its shape resembles that of the Greek letter Ω.
