About us
We are a new establishment offering a new concept of accommodation in Guayaquil for different budgets, always maintaining the relaxed and friendly vibes travelers look for. Our building is our family property, which belongs to the National Heritage Collection, has been restored to suit all the needs tourists have while travelling, through our eye for design loose and experimenting with different elements and textures.

Our collection of rooms includes, private rooms and our shared rooms or dorms for 4, 5 and 8 people.
