Even if the Hostel might not be the cleanest or the best Hostel in the area, i still recommend it to you. The Hostel owner Ronny is one of the coolest persons I met on my journey. You need to have a drink with him and enjoy his music.
It was a great stay and I will come back in summer :D

This hostels owner is really friendly. I was able to spend a very comfortable time. If you want to watch a starry sky, you may want to stay the hostel and watch a starry sky in the night. you can watch really beautiful starry sky!

I got to the hostels address given on the site, and it looked like an abandoned building, with no sign or any indication that it was indeed a hostel. It was not close to any town and not worth a visit.

Hi Jeffrey,you are not the first to go to the wrong adress,there are two 5 Mont rouault,I am at Colombel which is clearly marked the hostel has an illuminated sign,this is one reason why my telephone is supplied,you would appear to be an idiot,

Ronnie was very accomodating. This is actually an old farm house. He has a dorm room with five beds and two single rooms. He is willing to pick his guests up at the train station for €5 as opposed to a taxi for €15.

Host Rony Flavin is super duper excellent. However location of the house is not great. But recommended fully for short stay.

Ronnie was a complete angel! We loved staying at his hostel and getting to know him. He was so kind to show us around and give us great advice for hiking. Also hearing him play music was a highlight! We would recommend staying with him to everyone.

I had really special time at this hostel. The owner is very kind to me. This hostel is a little bit far from Mont saint michel, but they have a pick up service, so it's good for visitors. I really recommend you this hostel, and I wanna stay again.

Charming and rustic. When we were there, there were 10-day old kittens to cuddle, and a folk band playing until the wee hours--couldn't have asked for a cozier night's stay.

There was free ride from the nearest train station (Pontorson), but it was a little difficult to get to and from Le Mont St Michel and the house.
The host was really kind and fun to be around. I enjoyed talking and playing music with the other backpackers after dinner :D And the cats were adorable.
I enjoyed the stay very much.

Quiet hostel in a former farm. It is the most original hostel Ive ever been. It is in a very little town but its actually a charming place. An Irish musician is living here and a part of his house is the hostel. He know very well the area and will give you precious advises during the breakfast.If you have a car it is a good headquarter to visit the neighbouring area. If you are expecting a "standard" hostel this one is definitly not for you but if you want a new experience and something you will remember go on ! It is informal.

The owner is a really nice man and he is a native speaker of English, so even if you have little knowledge about French, there will be no problem. I have never felt at home as I did at this hostel. I would say, this hostel would enrich your experience at Mont St Michel.

This is the best hostel i ever been, since i'm from america (not usa) i want to live a full european experience, and this hostel is perfect for that purpose. You feel in home.

Bikes are available for rent in the hostel and it's cheaper than the other place in the town Pontorson. Hostel owner is a super friendly and interesting man. Location is really far away from the town centre but you can definitely enjoy an alternative experience in such lovely countryside! Exceptionally suitable for backpacker who travels alone!

This hostel is different from other hostels that I visited, but in a positive way! We had an inspiring and very funny evening, with a most friendly staff. All in all a great evening.

I had such a great time staying at this hostel, the host was super friendly and helpful, and made the stay very comfortable and fun, such a great guy and he can play the banjo too! Great brakfast and you can hire a bike too. Definatly reccommend this hostel if you are looking for something real, it is an old farm house so lots of character, not your average chain hostel.

The hostel is located in a very small town, in old farm house. Difficult to find for pleaple not speakinf franch, but on the same time it was funny to look for it:)
Only 15 minutes by car to Month St. Micheal.
Without car it is difficult to get there.
Unfortunatly there isn't any shop nearby, but you can eat good crêpes in the neighbourhood.
The redecoration of the hostel is still not finish, but the hospitality of the owner (Roland) recompense it.
Ronald has prepared for us very good breakfast and we had nice talk.
It is a very friendly place.

This hostel was not hostel which I thought in advance, but the owner of this hostel was so kind.I enjoyed staing at this hostel in Pontorson so much. By rental cycle, you can get to Mt.St.Michel!But there are no lights on the road, you have to care not to get lost!

The hostel still has some things to improve but everything was really good. The rooms are nice and warm, it offers a pick up service to Pontorson and a nice breakfast, the price is really good and the staff is very nice. I would definetly go back.
