There were no bed sheets left. We had to sleep without. I think that was not nice

There were bedbugs in our room. We obviously left this hostel after discovering them and although we asked for a refund, it was not given. We have tons of pictures as proof and showed the staff who agreed there were Indeed bedbugs but only gave us an email to write a complaint and that was it. One of the worst experiences I have had.

Everything is good except for the WIFI that is not working on the rooms.

Wifi can only be used within limited hours. Breakfast time ends by 0945.

I wasn't notified that my room will be changed in the middle of my stay, and I don't understand why we are not allowed to stay in the hostel from 11am-3pm

good lacation, clean, breakfast, nice staff, all you need to stay in chep price. Only bed can be better but the rest was ok.

One guy who sits in the nighr is very rude.

The location is good. But the conditions are not the best. When I arrived to sleep my second night in my bed, someone was sleeping on it.. A better system to control that would be useful.

When they say "extra towel" or "extra bed sheet" they don't mean "extra", because sheets and towels are not included. Breakfast ok.

It's good. I didn't appreciate the fact that the internet only works from 12.30pm to 1am. Also didn't like having to leave the hostel at 11am. Other than that, it's a good cheap option for accommodation in Paris.

Very comfy hostal. The staff is very polite and they are eager to help their customers. Nice ambiance, free wifi and breakfast, and close to the subway station Ledru-Rollin. Right across the street there is a groceries store (Franprix) where you can buy fruits, veggetables and frozen meals if you wish to do so. Stayed here twice and it was a pleasent experience. Clean facilities and friendly people. Highly recommended.

Internet is only available from 1pm to 1am, but the schedule changes without prior notice. Staff is VERY rude and kick people off between 11am to 1pm because of cleaning. No one can complain, or argue with them. Just horrible.

It was horrible. It was totally different from the photos and the description. First of all wifi is limited. It only works between 12pm and 1am which is definitely unacceptable. Secondly the bathroom&toliet were horribly small. I mean there's NO SPACE at all. I swear they were smaller than your bathtub at home. Thirdly I booked a 4 people mixed room and there was only 3 plungs!! How are we supposed to charge our devices? Plus the plungs were placed in a ridiculous location. Not beside your bed. It's next to the door of the toliet. I mean why??? Fourthly I don't understand why we can only enter our room after 3 pm. I arrived at 7 after an overnight bus and I was told I can't go into the room!!! How come? I just want to take a bath. Fifthly the staff is not very nice. My bed was broken and a part of the matress could go way down to the lower bunk. Told them, they told me “it's not serious”. Seriously???

The hostel is really far away from the centre.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. YOU’D RATHER PAY MORE FOR A BETTER ONE. TRUST ME.

Location and the staffs were good in the hostel. But room was very bad with the unventilated attached bathroom. Bed was making all sorts of sound. There was only one power socket for the whole room that made it difficult for 4 of us to charge our phones and cameras. WiFi was too slow. Bad stay for a wonderful trip to Paris.

It was really noisy, like REALLY, but great value for money! I would reccomend :)

There was a strange noise in my room the whole night! But the bed was comfortabel and clean, the toilets too.

The breakfast is really Small but the hostel is near to the Metro Station that is finde!

The location is perfect, very close to Metro. The staff there are very sweet. The entry check is strict. Every floor has a shared bathroom. Idk but my quilt is a little bit smelly... But for short stay this place is perfect

Rooms have only ONE plug on the wall. Internet should be all day and not limited, the coverage of the wifi should be entirely in all the floors, the bathroom didn't close the door, it's fine that you have an specific schedule for cleaning up the rooms, but you can not prohibit people to get into their rooms in so many hours, bread for breakfast was from the day before.

First of all let me just say, the staff was AMAZING; courteous, friendly, helpful. Beyond that it gets pretty shabby. But what do you expect from a 20 Euro hostel right? Recommend for anyone on a budget as a last resort.

The location is perfect, the staff is nice, but any time you come back you´re going to find the mess in your room because they clean this way. And, check the price, because you can pay 18 euros for your bed, but even 28 euros! It depends if you pay in the morning or the afternoon. This was the crazy part to me.

I had an awful experience in this place. Apart from having to carry our luggage four floors (there was no elevator), I found bed bugs in my bed while I was sleeping. I felt the bugs on my body in the middle of the night so I quiclky went to the staff to explain what was happening. They did nothing, they did not even give me another room. It was 5 am and I still had no solution at 8 am, because they gave me no solution. MOreover, the staff did not treat me well after all this. I will absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

I lived in a 4 mixed room with private bathroom. They actually arranged 4 girls together, which is good. The cleanness of the room is ok. Just for the shower, you have to push the button all the time. The breakfast there is full, i like the chocolate milk.

It's a very nice place to choose. it's clean and the price is reasonable.

I have waited to stay in more hostels in order to rate this, and I can say that is the worst hostel I have been: bedbugs, expensive, bad customer service, worst breakfast, and they want money for everything, even if you want to use a fork or spoon.

The hostel is very well located, near from the subway and near from many Paris attractions: I reccomend using the city rental bikes system (Velib), there is a station on the corner. There are lots of bars, restaurants, coffees around.

The hostel is very clean. Although there is no hostel atmosphere and no comfortable common area (only the same tables where you have breakfast). Besides that I had reserved a room that I would share only with other person during all my 6 nights stay, but it was not exactly like this: there were stairs inside the room to other room with more 2 beds, with the same bathroom and the same entrance. On the fourth day I was there, I had to change to other room and they put me in a room with other 3 people. In both rooms, the mattress should be changed.

the thing that I don't like here is the room shower, though the common one from the hall is much better. the breakfast means bread with butter, tea and juice, I.ve been to many hostels before and if I didn.t have eggs I had pancakes. for the price that I've paid I think they could include more things, in Barcelona I've paid 7 € for a luxurious hostel and this is 22 , but is far away from being just as half of that

I booked online is girl's dorm.BUT last 2 days they let 2 boys in. It's not cool!

This hostel was in a very convenient location. Outside of location, everything else was pretty inconvenient. There is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and narrow (we were on the 4th floor), making it difficult to bring your luggage up. The doors to the bathrooms in the room only shielded half the bathroom, and it was possible for people on the top bunk to peak in. There was also only one outlet in the ENTIRE ROOM. Unacceptable, these days. It would be nice if there were even a chair or table to put our stuff down and sit somewhere besides our beds. It would also be nice if there was better lighting in the room (say, on the bed?) All in all, I felt that there were a lot of improvements that needed to be made and I would not stay there again.

No hot water for coffee or tea except for breakfasts.

Too many stairs to walk! But lovely staff and breakfast!

The hostel is simple and without thrills. The main reservations are the lack of space to use the toilet in some bathrooms. You have to have either small or non-existent limbs to use it comfortable. The restrictions on the wifi is annoying. However, the majority of staff were helpful and pleasent.

Cheap hostel for Paris prices. Decent staff, area, amenities for the price.

Simple and good hostel if you can get a decent price. Well situated. 4 persons got one room key each - very good. WiFi OK.

Hostel was good. It was very close to the Metro. I was staying on the fourth floor. As there was no lift, it was very difficult to carry the luggage to the room. Overall, i am satisfied with the service.

Everything about the hostel was great :p Did not run into any problems. I'd definitely recommend this place to any future travelers who need a place to stay for a few days

Great Hostel. But one thing you can improve. There is not sufficient power connection in the bedroom to recharge mobile, laptop etc.

Its located in a good position & has a quite parisien vintage looks. Anyways it could improve by improving the tidiness a bit!

A good budget choice to stay in Paris!

I recommend it, if you want a really cheap accomodation, but if you have high expectations, probably it's better to find an other place.
