Hôtel Parc Even **

Nice hotel located in suburb of Paris, still there is metro in 5 min which take you to the center in half of an hour. Rooms are tiny. Personnel doesn't speak english

I was really satisfied with Hotel Parc Even, especially all members of the staff were very kind, rooms were nice, clean....I recommend.

A very nice place, quite and very near the underground station. The room is old and small, there is basically only space for the bed, however is very clean. The only problem was our the second floor room and heavy bags, because their isn’t lift and staircase are very narrow. The staff almost don't speak English, but is very friendly.

If you want to visit Paris and you need cheap hotel, it is a good choice.

You get enough for your money. Clean cosy rooms. Good position very close to the metro. Quite neighbourhood.

It's ok. Close to metro station. The rooms ale old but clean. For sleeping and having shower is ok! few days in Paris.

I payed only 45 €/per night for a double room with bathroom. Considering that we're in Paris... That's really a really good price. And then, if we bear in mind that we can not ask for a really luxorius room for this price, I think this hotel was fine to spend the weekend. The room is REALLY small and there is basically only space for the bed... But anyway we just needed to sleep and use the bathroom in that room so it's okay. It was clean and smelled good. The bathroom is also clean and nice, not really big but enough. The hotel was really close to the metro station and even if the hotel is not in the city centre, you can get there easily with the metro. It will take you a few minutes and changing lines... but you know, maybe it's worth it for the price. I went there with my partner so you know, we didn't need any bit luxes to spend a weekend in Paris... Summing up, it was fair enough if you are a student and you need to economise!!!

the room was small,the bed very hard for my taste but clean enough.the bathroom was in good condition.no hotel to spend a lot of time in but in a very nice quiet french neighbourhood with marketplace,typical cafes, bakeries and a supermarket nearby.hotel is suitable for paris visitors who just need a place to sleep at night and dont expect luxury.metro takes you to the inner city in 20 min.

Rooms are small, and internet is very slow, overall its an average hotel.

Conveniently located very close to a metro station, though it is a bit of a ride out to this station. Staff wasn’t overly helpful, but were polite and friendly enough to deal with. Nice, clean, room in a decent neighbourhood.

A clean and cozy hotel.

A very nice place, quite and very near the undergorund station. The surroundings are also amiable and quiet. Bathroom and restroom in the room - a very big plus for me. A very good place to stay in if you want to visit Paris. I highly recommend it!

first of all, this hotel isnt even in paris; its in malkaloff, a place most taxi drivers have never heard of, at any stqage of our stay either the bathroom light, mainlight and sometimes both didnt work. wouldnt stay here again

Far from the center, but near a subway station. Everything is very clean, but staff is very unpleasant.

BAD STAFF BAD STAFF, one of the staff was a taxi driver, and we asked them for a Taxi they gave us the most expensive price lying that we can never get a better price and every time we want to cancel there was a guy saying that we found better price the guy tell us THIS is not true. WHAT?! also we had heavy luggage and instead of helping us at night to get it the guy told us that your luggage did noise!!!! but to be fare only one of the staff was nice not the rest....

Nice stay, receptionists had no english experience, but they were kind and willing. Every day we had clean towels, in case of need new toilet paper and bed made.I would recommend this place to my best friend.

In the winter - no heating in the bathroom (only in the bedroom).

The room is enough to sleep and wake-up next day ready to go to visit the city. Close the underground, friendly staffs and clean. I recommend.

This hotel is very very good according to price. It was more than my expectations. Staff wasn´t good in English, but they were very kind, willing - everything was quick without problems. We laso had very nice and clean room with TV and new WC and shower. If you want to see Paris and only sleep in cheap hotel it is the best you can choose!! I can recommend!!

Nice place if you're looking for a quiet place, good price for nice conditions, but it's essential to take metro to get to the city.

Bathroom smelt a bit mouldy. Hotel is 2 minutes from a metro and there is a supermarket nearby. Good enough for a cheap place to sleep in Paris.

Very quiet place, just a little bit hard to find,-so check the exact map of google,how to come from metro. The staff is friendly, but could better speak English, so it is better to learn smth in French.

Around there are little shops for food. And many restaurants at a good price, and tasty food.

It was a nice little hotel in the outskirts of Paris. Very easy to get to in metro, which takes you anywhere you want! It was clean. I recommend it

Generally, conditions are very good. Excellent location and easy access with car. Only a small problems: the lack of rooms for 4 people and not very satisfactory agreement in English. Overall - the hotel worth recommending.

It was nice room, clean, calm, big enough. Also bath was clean with full equipment. i think there was only difficulty about this hotel. It is a little far from city. one of its' staff can speak english. and other guys also try to helo you :)

The room was clean and nice, and the distance to the nearest Metro is very good! The staff wasn't that friendly and service minded though.

the hotel is not in the center, you have to move always in metro, that isn't cheap.

Unpolite and not helpful staf who was just laying at the desk. He didn't even told us where to visit or to eat. There was also lots of noise, we heard the neighbours showering, smasking the doors,...breakfast 7€ is expensive!!You can get it better outside! Bed was not comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Pay a bit more and get a better one!

Nice place. The only problem was our third floor room, no elevator, narrow staircase and heavy bags. Staff didn't help with carrying, whoah.

t is quite nice hotel for this price. Breakfast is the same as in all restaurants and for the same price (although we prefere to have it somewhere else after one time trying)

This hotel is a very good option for those who like of the quite places. The location is good, twenty minutes from the distrit of Paris. The breekfast in the hotel good and the price is not very high.

It's a nice small hotel. From the first moment I saw it, it was a pleasant surprise, since I was skeptic about its position and appearance before seeing it. It's really nice and calm, situated in a calm suburb of Paris and it can be reached by number 13 (metro). There is a supermarket and post office in neighborhood. Rooms are clean and smell is pleasantly. Bathroom inside the room is nice.

Despite this seemingly bad rating, Hotel Parc even was a nice, quiet, clean place to stay. It is a bit far from the middle of Paris but the metro is quite close.

We stayed at Parc Even in July for 4 days.Although rooms were cleaned everyday,room was too small.District was quite and nice but the building was old.The staff were mostly kind but not so helpfull.

It is worth the pay, clean, no much noise,i think you can´t ask more for what you pay... just one problem, in the site it said that i had to pay 225€ at the hotel, but when i got there they charged me 235€.

Nice little hotel in Malakof. They clean the room every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are small but it wasn't a problem to me. It is close tot the metro centre (5 min walk).

I would go there again!
