Le Regent Montmartre by Hiphophostels

I really liked Le regent Hostel Monmartre, it is nice, clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpfull!

A merry merry hostel!! The place looks very "young", very colourful, making you feel very confortable with your roommates. I gave only 60/100 on cleanliness beacause of the bedbugs we found once, but the staff promptly transferred us to another room. Absolutely recommended!!

This hostel was lovely, the staff were very welcoming and our room was a decent size for 6 of us. Not only were we just a 15 minute walk from one of the main stations but we were situated right outside a metro stop which made going out at night very convenient. The hostel also provided us with a luggage room on our check out day so we didn't have to haul about our rucksacks for the day until our next train. It was also one of very few hostels we experienced that offered breakfast as part of the room price. I would definitely recommend this residence to anyone but mainly to backpackers.

Good value for money hostel. Simple but clean rooms, wifi, good acces (subway, close to highway A1, near underground parking)

Yep, positiont is good.

But not enough place, bedclothes have old traces of dirt and holes. In general hostel has unpleasant aura.

The hostel is very old, it ought to be renewed inside; but the staff is very kind, andi it is very nearby a metro station. Breakfast is poor.

the very friendly staff is a big advantage, also the fact that the closest metro station is 30 meter away :-)). the dormitory (4 fem) was small but the attached bath and toillet makes it so easy and comfortable. pls take into concideration the location is far from center of city so a metro ride is needed for almost EVERY tourist site. the WI FI was very weak in most of the "public" area and non existing in the rooms. another point to improve is kitchen which is VERY small and lack bowls knives etc ... and i couldnt figure why they close it in mornings...

We really enjoyed our sojourn in montmartre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

I felt just like I was at my own apartment when I was cooking in the kitchen. You will not regret the price when you open the window facing the beautiful church.

A Perfect place to stay.

I would have liked to see soap in the room and individual lockers. Andthe room had a weird bad smell. Besides all these downsides the staff was really helpful and friendly.

2 min from Sacre Coeur. near moulin rouge too. Nice zone for partys, a little bit scarry in the night. i would choose the latin quarter now.

Fine place, nice helpfull hostes, only one problem: too few toilets not even one at every floor.

The Hostel is in a really good position in montmartre (near the "sacre coeur" and metro station). Rooms and bathrooms were clean and the staff was really forthcoming.

+: location just next to metro station and bus stop, rooms are warm at winter

-: elevator didn't work a few times

Good and clean hostel I can recomennd. This hostel did renovation recantly so inside is new and clean. Showerroom is in each room, bed is very clean. 2 min for metro station and 15 min to Gare du Nord which is very useful.

My stay in the regent hostel was really good. the beds are comfortable and the room was big enough. the breakfast is allright: croissants, jams, hot drinks, cereal and white breadrolls and you can eat as much as you like. the staff was really friendly and helpful. you get along with english just fine. the only thing is that the hostel is aproximately 6 metrostations away from central paris such as Notre Dame. so you either have to walk there (if you have good weather it´s fine but longish) or you have to go by metro which is quicker but crowded during rush hour.

I would definitely recommend this hostel and will stay there again if I come bak.

Le Regent Hostel is very basic but good enough for the price we paid. The location was super as well, very convenient to the Metro which is practically outside the hostel, souvenir shops for all those bargain goodies brought a buzz to the area, Carrefour supermarket for all your food and needs is literally a walk down the same row of the hostel, and also a close 5 min walk to the place of interest Sacre Coeur. I had a lovely time there with my friends, and was really happy about it.

The place in general is ok to spend the night, just hope its not during its busy season because it seems the staff gets confused very easily. I ended up having to sleep in a mixed room (with a man I didnt know) when I had specificaly asked and payed for an only girls shared room. Other than that the staff is very nice and the location is very good. Its easy to get anywhere.

I would probably return.

The hostel was very clean, with comfy beds and a lovely breakfast. I liked how there was storage space for your luggage if you arrived earlier than your check in time. Close to the Anvers metro stop so getting around the city was a breeze. The area around Sacre Cour was beautiful and I felt clean and safe. A fun environment with lots of other students to meet who are traveling. An overall great time.

Hotel impression depends heavilly on the people your are going to share a room with. Rooms are clean, hotel really hes a good position.

nice hotel near by the metrostation Anvers (200m) and parkinggarage (200m). At this moment they are renovating the hotel (only the stairs and reception)

Wonderful and helpful staff! We had a pleasant 3days and nights!

Take a room on the top floor with Sacré-Coeur view. It's worth additional price even if you were to pay for it. The breakfast is NOT included- and when you pay online it looks at it is -bollocks!

My room was not CLOSET!!! It is terrible!!!

the pics of the hotel is fake and it's so dirty.the rooms are bad.and our was looking at the bad walls of the other building.not even outside.if you live with this for one night sleep it's ok but I don't recommend this hotel.

Great position, near Sacré Coeur, Montmartre and Gare du Nord. The staff was very kind. The room was big enough and clean...the only thing was the lack of wardrobes.

We stayed with 2 person's in a 1,20 bed - very small bedand very small romm. The sheets and towels where clean but the carpet on the floor was very dirty.

Very good location gives great opportunity to visit Montmartre any time you wish, good connection to the city because of very near metro station. Very clean and comfortable enough.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I thought the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpfull with everything we needed. My only problem, was with the wireless connection. It was very difficult to maintain or even to log on. The regular internet service was fine. Three cheers for our fun and lovely" Ausie girl " at the front desk a definate reason to return to the hotel.

Good, small & cheap Hotel with friendly staff. directly located @ the foot of famous montmatre.

A nice and clean hotel,view of the sacre coeur!Located on a lively(and noisy)street.For 2 girls travelling alone Pigalle felt quite scary,but metro station was really close and taxis were cheap.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Just a complain: at check in, we got our room 1 hour later (4pm); we reclaimed some compensation for the delay but nobody at the desk did anything; just an -we are sorry-
