Since 2012 Once In Tbilisi functioning as Guesthouse. The building is 19-th century and preserved by government as cultural heritage.

All of them are private rooms with shared bathroom (there are 2 toilet-bathroom for 4 rooms).

There are shared large Dining are with kitchen (35 sq.m). Kitchen is equipped with all the equipment necessary for preparing and to have breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. There is large shared Hall (lounge area - 40 sq.m) with computer and TV station and with balcony. There is also good quality WiFi, covering guesthouse area. The guesthouse providesthe transfer service (airport/guesthouse, guesthouse/airport).

The guesthouse is on the 2-nd floor of the building and on the 1-st floor there is the branded Supermarket 'Ori Nabiji' ('Two Steps'). There are several supermarkets and grocery stores in 30 m radius around the guesthouse. There is one of the Largest and most Famous Wine House in 25 meters far from the guesthouse. The guesthouse is in 50 metrs far from the Famous David Agmashenebeli Pedestrian Zone where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars with live music.
