Modern and clean hostel. The staff are polite.

WiFi is free only in the loby. Wifi in rooms cost something.

Unfortunately, there is no kitchen.

Very good location and nice staff. I would recommend this hotel to guest traveling on holiday or business.

We would have prefered free internet instead of TV.The location is perfect.

I stayed in A&O in Dresden just for a night so can't really say about fun factor or atmosphere but I loved the position of the Hotel. It is just on walking distance from main station and room was clean and cozy. Staff was also helping.

The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The Skybar offers a great view and is perfect for sunbathing. Close to the train station but far from nightlife. A free breakfast would have been appreciate.

Clean and safe hostel 10 minutes from railway station / Prager strasse shopping district. It has more feeling like hotel than hostel. It is cheap and ideal if you wanna have quite place to sleep.

The staff is helpful, and can communicate well in english. During the one night I spent there, the internet was not working, so I cannot rate that. The breakfast was quite good and well worth it's price. The room was somewhat small, but adequate and very clean, and the bathroom installations were very good.

Very nice staff, the rooms were clean and cosy. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was awesome, and very diverse. Also it's very close to the main station and city center. Def will stay there again.

is important for us as a travelers to join internet in each place that we step, well here we had it but paid, in other hostels is for free and in others if you have your laptop you have wireless for free but here don't well that's what i observed, i saw too that in other hostels you have a kistchen for your own service if you bring food but here you didn't offer that service and finally in all the hostels that i visited all days the service people cleaned the rooms but here you don't and is a lot of dust in the rooms.

Great place to spend the night. Convenient to the Strassenbahn and the Old Town. Staff is exceptional!

I was in the hostel with 3 other friends and we enkoied the stay very much. We just slept one night, we did not spend much time in the hostel, so I can not say very much about the hostel itself. It was good for our purpose and we felt good there.

The staff was not helpful and not well prepared to receive visitors. I was going to stay with some friends, but we had made reservations separatly. Despite that, we had sent the hostel an e-mail asking to stay together with more than 2 weeks in advance of our arrival date, and the hostel confirmed us twice it was OK. But when we arrived at the hostel, they said they couldn't do anything to put us together. It was even more weird because in fact, in the room I was, there were avaliable beds, and my friends could have stayed with me, but they didn't let us to change, even with avaliable place. I am not happy at all with the staff in the hostel. For the other things, it is OK, but don't trust what they tell you by e-mail, they can change their mind suddenly!!

It's an OK hostel, very clean... The breakfast is very good and was worth its 5 euros! Also the rooms are big and the bathrooms were cleaned properly... It's close to the main train station, which is good... The only problem we had was that we were in 6 people, and we asked, one month before our arrival, to stay in the same room... When we arrive, it wasn't possible for some reason...

Excellent Quality for the price. Very good breakfast too, almost going to be like a hotel but with hostel price.
