Hotel Europa **

friendly staff, close to the train station and public transportation. No hairdrier in the bathroom. breakfast good

The room was OK, the Internet was good as well as the breakfast. However, we had to stay in a smoking room with a terrible smell. The suggestion is to make clear when booking that you want a non-smoking room, if that is the case.

Hotel Europa was great for me, quick walk to station which is handy I was only here for a night but free wifi and breakfast was great with a late checkout at 12, they let me leave my bags for the day as I had a late train

Staff was second to none, rooms were clean with a bathroom and tv in it. What more could you ask for?

Is a great place to stay for a few days and is really close to the train station but a quite a walk from the city center.

The helpfulness of the staff is the most impressive attitude I've ever met.

Best location for easy walking anywhere in Frankfurt. Small room but impressed with soundproofing from busy street. Fabulous breakfast buffet, helpful,friendly staff, and free internet. Will return again.

Great location, Excellent breakfast, Wonderful service. Really terrible room. Slept two people but hardly any room to move, could not fit two suitcases so had to prop the small handluggage bags on the table instead. Very cramped, the room smelt like an old man's scalp mixed with coconut oil, smelt so bad that we had to run the showers with shampoo to get rid of the terrible smell. Sheets were too small for the bed but heating and air conditioning excellent. Good internet available downstairs. We only stayed one night so it was ok for that, but any longer we would have left sooner. The room was just too small and too smelly. But the establishment is however very clean and nice.

Excellent value for money. Very clean and breakfast was tasty.

Nice hotel, has two free computers with internet connection plus wi-fi in every room. Buffet breakfast included. It's very near to the station, but 15 minutes walk to the city center. The room was clean, but quite small. For 23 euros, you can't expect nothing more

I loved the attention they gave me, the hotel was very clean, very well located, (close to the airport and to the main train station).

very good position, very nice staff:helpful & humourous, very good breakfast...in total, very good hotel! i'll strongly recommend it to all. you can even enjoy free internet access for in the hotel. drinks in minibar are at a good price: 1 euro only. it is the hotel that my husband and i feel satisfied most!

This hotel has free internet, board games, and breakfast. The mini bar is also only 1 euro for anything in it. The staff is nice and the location is good and it is a good place to stay in Franfurt!

Being a transsexual, I do appreciate to be welcomed like any other guest. So it was in Europa Hotel.

Great hotel for it's price. Very near to main station, free wireless internet access in the lobby, even in my room, the signal was weak though:-), the staff are quite friendly and nice, The shortcomings included: no elevator, a little noisy with windows open. But it's advantageous geographic location helped me a lot.

Not the most beautiful hotel from the outside but for the price an excellent hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was abundant and good. Five minute walk to the train station, less than 10 minutes to the Main.
