Muy buenas instalaciones, personal muy atento, se presentó problemas con la reserva pero lo solucionaron sin ningún contra tiempo, excelente ubicación frente a la estación de metro goetheplatz

Accoglienza cordiale, servizi disponibili in linea con la descrizione, comodo per raggiungere il centro e la stazione ferroviaria a piedi, a pochi minuti ci sono metropolitana autobus e tram. Con un occhio di riguardo in più alla pulizia sarebbe la sistemazione ottimale per budget travellers.

Останавливались в хостеле на одну ночь с 31.03.19 на 01.04.19. Персонал на ресепшене отличный, заселили очень быстро,после заполнения мини-анкеты выдали магнитный ключ от комнаты и welcome) мебель в комнате новая, постель чистая, wc/душ - чистые, очень порадовало наличие фена. От центра полчаса пешей прогулки.Для такой цены-прекрасный вариант!

Nice place with cosy receptionist. I smelt the coffee fragance, which I though actually came from the coffee machine, but anyway, still a pleasant welcome. The room was cleanning with heater working well in the winter.

The room was very clean, the staff was great very friendly and helpful. The room could use more plugins and/or power stations to charge devices.

Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn alle Angestellten des Hostels Deutsch sprechen konnten. Unter 5 Personen konnte nur ein Mädchen Deutsch, die anderen eeiiin biiissscccheen, ansonsten nur Englisch

La verdad es que quedé enamorada con el smart stay hostel de Munich, el lugar está lleno de vida, es súper limpio, muy seguro, el staff del hotel es muy amable y siempre están ahí para ayudarte, los recepcionistas Agustín y Joe son excelentes chicos muy llenos de energía y siempre logran que uno esté feliz y que la pase muy bien, muy céntrico!
Fui a otros hostales en diferentes países, pero ninguno como este, 100% recomendado!
Actually I'm in love with the smart stay hostel in Munich, the place is full of life, is super clean, super safe, the hostel staff Is very kind and they are always there to help you, the receptionists Agustin and Joe are excellents guys full of energy and the always make you happy and make you hace a great time, it's very centric!
I've been in another hostels in different countries, but none like this one, 100% recommended!

El desayuno dice estar incluido pero no lo esta. Es muy caro para lo que en realidad es. No hay absolutamente nada en los baños, todo hay que llevarlo

Ich habe zwar nur eine Nacht im Smart Stay Hostel in München verbracht, hatte aber einen echt guten Eindruck von dem Hostel. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer (ich war mit einem Bekannten in einem 6-Bett-Zimmer) weitgehend sauber, die Betten ordentlich und gepflegt. Das Bad war etwas eng, aber für den Preis hab ich schließlich keinen Luxuspalast erwartet ;)
Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für die fehlende Tür im "Ankleidezimmer".
Die Lage ist auch praktisch, nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas knapp, deshalb haben wir uns entschieden außerhalb zu frühstücken.
Alles in allem aber auf jeden Fall ein empfehlenswertes Hostel, in das ich jederzeit wieder gehen würde!

freundlich, hilfsbereit und

Schade das das WC und Dusche

Остановилась в 10-местном смешанном. Хостел расположен на Моцартштрассе, довольно далеко, если не знать, как пользоваться общественным транспортом. Внизу расположен бар, где очень шумно. Вай-фай работает только внизу, подключение в сутки стоило 2 евро, потом плату убрали. Приходилось каждый день подходить к ресепшну и заново просить подключения. Полотенце не выдали. Посуду также приходилось каждый раз просить на ресепшне: чашек нет, только тарелки и стеклянные пиалы. В комнатах и на кухне очень грязно, мебель старая. Цена не соответствует сервису. Не рекомендую.

Se respira muy buen ambiente, las camas son súper cómodas y los baños están bien, aunque no del todo limpio. A 15/20 minutos de la estación y alejado del centro.

Очень мило местечко. Находиться в 2 мин ходьбы от метро .Рядом есть несколько продуктовых магазинов. Хостел находиться в 15 мин от центра. Внутри очень уютно, чисто, приятное обслуживание, есть кухня.

Es gab keine bis wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten in den Zimmern!!
Ansonsten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Per quello che si paga è un ottimo posto (lenzuola pulite, bagno mediamente pulito e funzionante, camera con chiave magnetica e pure tranquilla), se vuoi degli extra (asciugamani, internet via cavo, Wi-fi, colazione...) devi pagare, ma se parti organizzato è un ottimo ostello :-)

+ Very easy to find and located in a walk-able distance to the main station (15 mins walk)
+ Helpful staffs.
- Floor is wet in the bathroom and no foot towel.
- no number on the bed so don't really know which bed is still available.
Good for this teenagers and backpackers at reasonable price.
I will stay there again if I travel alone ;)

Es caro para un hostel, cobran por extras (internet, toallas, candado...) y los cuartos huelen mal. Los huéspedes se comportan mal y no dejan dormir. No vale lo que cuesta. Me convencieron de NO volver a un hostel y gastar más en un hotel.

I heard that it was close to the station but I took a taxi to get here finally. I stayed at a 6 bed-room and the room was full on that night. The toilet cover was too dirty to sit on and the drain system in the shower room was a little bit bad. One of the roommates came back very late while I was sleeping and made noise for a while. Breakfast was basically okay.

it is really wonderful, it is just a bit expensive, but they have a very good service and very good location. the point is that they charge you for every thing :) but i highly recommend it.

L'ostello è davvero carino, l'ubicazione è buona, una passeggiata di una decina di minuti dal centro, Marienplatz, l'ostello è a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro.
La mia camerata femminile da 6 con bagno in camera era davvero pulita, tranquilla e sicura, le lenzuola sapevano di fresco e pulito! La sala comune sempre allegra e piena di gente e musica a tutte le ore, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Unici due nei, che devo segnalare per forza: il wi-fi a pagamento, 1 euro all'ora, diamine oramai il wi-fi è gratuita ovunque! E poi: la cucina in comune : davvero piccolissima rispetto al numero di clienti, e sempre, perennemente, sporchissima!
A parte questo, uno dei migliori ostelli in cui abbia soggiornato, molto consigliato.

Das Personal war nicht so freundlich,obwohl wie ein Parktplatz reserviert haben, haben sie uns gezwungen ih zu verlassen, obwohlo wir schon geparkt haben. Als wir angekommen sind war eins von unseren 2 gebuscht Betten benutzt.
