Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

Arrival by car:
Coming from Munich / Weiden via Autobahn A93:
Take the 'Regensburg-Prüfening' exit and drive towards the city center (2 km). Follow the street until it will lead you to the 'Bismarckplatz'. Take the left into the precinct of the Gesandtenstraße. The hotel will be to your left.
Coming from Passau / Nürnberg via Autobahn A3:
Follow the signs leading to Autobahn A93 towards Weiden and follow the directions stated above.
Parking:
You can go all the way to the hotel in order to check-in or check-out of your room. Parking liable to pay costs is located nearby the hotel. Please ask our receptionist for further information.

Arrival via Munich and Nuremberg airport:

Both airports offer a affordable airportshuttle, that will get you from your terminal directly to the hotel. For more information about prices and reservations please go to the Homepage des Airportliners.
Arrival by train:

Follow the signs leading to the main entrance of the Regensburg Haupt-
bahnhof. Right in front of it you will find a taxi stand. You can take a taxi all the way to the front door of the Altstadtengel hotel.
Taking the bus:

If you arrive by train, but want to continue to the hotel by bus please go to the main entrance of the Hauptbahnhof. Walk about 50 m towards the Maximilianstraße. To your right you will see the bus terminal 'Albertstraße'. Take the 'Altstadtbus' to the stop 'Gutenbergplatz' and walk around 50 m back to the hotel that you fill find to your left across from the 'Dreieinigkeits'church.

Or take the bus line 2A/B towards Grass amd exot at the bus stop 'Bismarckplatz'. From there it will only be a couple of meters of walk through the precinct to the hotel that will be located on the left, Gesandtenstraße no 12. For more information about bus prices and schedule go to www.rvv.de.
