Agoo Hostel is situated in central Accra, Ghana and is ideal for international travellers to Ghana. We are a perfect base for backpackers, interns and volunteers either individuals or groups looking for a great, informal urban Accra experience. Scottish-Ghanaian management.


Our staff will be happy to prepare delicious local Ghanaian dishes for you upon request for a charge. Just ask them ahead of time, so they can shop and prepa

We have 2 rooms with 2 bunk beds and 4 rooms with 1 bunk bed. There are 3 shared shower rooms. Some of the rooms have access to large balconies.

Agoo Hostel is centrally located with easy access to all over Accra - 6km from Kotoka Airport, 6 km to Independence Square, Accra Sports Stadium, the Arts Centre and Makola Market, 3 km to Danquah Circle and the shops, restaurants and bars of Oxford Street and 2 km to Nkrumah Circle and the bus station there.

The immediate neighborhood is quiet, friendly and welcoming. We close to Nima Police Station for added peace of mind. In the evening guests sit on the roof top balcony and watch the sun
