Its good, all the place is good, clean, segurity, and get the bus to the beach its very easy. Hot water, by a coin 24 hours. The guy of the place its a good guy, thanks !

Kitchen, has a good side

I returned here when I returned to Athens, I guess that says it all.

Off season so very quiet. Host and guest helpful. Using trolly it was easy and affordable to get around. Grocery and bakery within a block and restaurants close too. If over 65, transportation in half price. Use of kitchen was a plus. Thanks for the great visit. Also quiet.

I will not recommend you this hostel. Buy if you want to go there, be sure you know the adress, because there's no indication on the door or walls. It's really hard to find. We I was there, the wifi was not working. There is a kitchen, but really too small. The location is good, there is grocery close to the hostel and the downtown is 25/30 min walking

The hostel, although hard to find, is very nice with a friendly staff, which will help you with every question. It is also close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants and bus stations.

It was such a pleasant stay! we enjoyed the hostel very much. the kitchen was very useful to save some money by cooking our meals, and the room was clean and comfortable! also, the staff were kind, and let us keep our bags there after we checked out. highly recommended!

The hostel is simple, which a pleasant courtyard to sit in. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a kitchen and many places to buy food nearby. It is about a twenty-five minute walk from the Acropolis area, but it is good to see the Pagrati area, where people live. I met kind people here.

This was a decent hostel, quiet when I wanted to sleep, within walking distance to anything I wanted to see. It was a very good value for the very small amount of money it cost. You do have to pay for showers, though. (50 cents for 7 minutes.) Still worth it, I think.

Hard to find, but easy to check in, get your sheets, and shower. Don't forget your .50 euro for the hot water!

Very pleasant hostel, a little distanced from the main touristic area of the town but within easy walking distance and with fun bars and restaurants nearby. Very quiet at night- great to be able to sleep so well. Staff very helpful.

hostel is ok, but not so central and transportantion in greece is not that good.

could be cleaner and the division on female/male bathroom doesnt really work. on my floor was the female one and several times I saw guys using it because the male on was only in another floor.

The only problem was hot water, even if I paid, the water was cold. But the hostel is in good location and it is for good price.

The Pagration Youth Hostel was a nice friendly place to stay. Although I did have trouble with getting hot water in the showers, everything else was excellent.

Hostel was in a bit of an odd spot. I only spent one night there but the staff were nice and the other people were as well.

The only thing I didn't like was the traffic noise. There are a lot of stupid motorcycle rider making a lot of noise all over the night.

it's a perfect cheap hostel! it's a food place to find a family for a backpacker travel! the staff try to halp you all the time that thay can!!!! In my opinion is the best choise in Athens!

2 busses to the center, it takes 15 minutes.

Excellent service, super friendly staff, really cheap, and not too far from a lot of the sites! Only downside is that you have to pay for hot water in the showers and only get 7 mins worth.

the place and atmosphere of the hostel are brilliant, though the bathrooms could be a little bigger. but all said, it was a good experience.

I had a really good experience, the other visitors provided a really accepting atmosphere, I made a really good friend there. The quotes covering the kitchen and the philosophy board were highlights, I couldn't have stayed much longer than 2 days though. I didn't sleep much because the room was too hot, the showers weren't great either but for the price it gave me what I needed at good value.

Rooms are clean but bathrooms could be better. People also complain about the cold shower (you get hot water only if you pay 50 cents) but as it was very very hot it's been a pleasure to have a refreshing shower from time to time.

And if you look good in the kitchen you can find anything you need for cooking.

The staff is friendly, they give great advices about things to see and places to eat and Myriam is extremely nice.

Cheap hostel, friendly staff, lots of other young English-speaking travelers, close walk to areas near Panathenaic Stadium.

The youth hostel is a really great place to stay and the welcome you will get on arrival from Miriam is wonderful. She does a fantastic job. It's clean and quiet and in my opinion, much better then Athens Backpackers. Not as close to the Acropolis but cleaner and friendlier. The only thing is that I found it really difficult to find. It needs a sign post. Keep the address handy. I will stay here again on my next visit. Thanks Miriam and Terry (the lion)

Good, cheap hostel. Super hot in the room with only one crappy fan not blowing on any of the beds. Have to get a tram or a 5 euro taxi to & from city centre. Shower is freezing if you don't put in 50 cents.

Cons:

No air conditioner in all the rooms. It might get extremely hot during the night and the fans might not be enough.

Women bathroom a bit dirty where you take shower. Men bathroom was fine, problem was only it could get a bit dark when taking shower during the night.

Pros:

Not so close but also not far from the main attractions (about 10-15 min walking). Located in an apparently good neighborhood.

Available kitchen. Own key to come and go whenever you want.

English speaking staff was very kind.

Overall good stay and recommended hostel. We would go back.

Observation: as stated, each time you shower, you must use a 50 cent coin for 7min of hot water. It's enough..

the hostel was a good worth for its money. The staff was really polite and helpful and had one of my best times of my life in Athens.

Very good place to spend a few nights for a very interesting price. We love our first night there and we came back at the end of our stay in Grece.The atmosphere is friendly. We'll return without any hesitation.
