For all those guests eager to visit Budapest you can ask for local information at hotel reception. Useful tips and information can be provided to you throughout the day in one of the following languages: Hungarian, English, German, French or Slovakian. You can read a good book, meet a friend or just relax in the lounge of the hotel in the company of the TV whilst enjoying a drink from the bar. The safety of your car is a priority for us too and you can rest assured in the knowledge that your car is in the garage of Hotel Jagello (with 24 hour video surveillance). If you do not have enough time to go out for a walk you can have a good rest in the green garden area of the hotel or on the terrace. For transfer requests or car rental you can turn to the receptionist for assistance.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card that will be charged on arrival date. Reservations must be cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival date. In case of cancelling within 2 days a penalty of 1 night stay including tax will be applied. No show fee will be 100 % of the full stay including tax.

If the remaining amount of the booking charge won't be possible the hotel staff can contact you asking to provide a different credit card, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the deposit won't be refunded.
