Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

Directions
The public transport system is really good so you can easily find everything near at hand. The nearest Metro stop is Bajcsy-Zsilinszky street in front of the Hostel entrance.

You can find the hostel on the famous world heritage street Andrassy street 2. 1st floor 1. Doorbell:12

Coming from:

Keleti Railway Station:

Take the red line metro (M2) towards Deli Railway Station and travel to Deak Ferenc square (3rd stop). From there take the yellow line metro (M1) towards Mexikoi ut and travel to Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut (1 stop) or on the Deak Ferenc square take the exit to Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut. From there follow Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut for 400 meters, cross Andrassy street. The Apartments are located on the corner of Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut and Andrassy street, entrance is from Andrassy street.
Travel time approx: 10 minutes

The airport:

Take the airport bus (Nr 200E) which takes you to Kobanya Kispest metro station, then switch to the blue metro (M3) for 10 stops to Deak Ferenc square. From there take the yellow line metro (M1) toward Mexikoi ut and travel to Bajcsy-Zsilinszky (1stop) or on the Deak Ferenc square take the exit to Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut and from there follow Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut for 400 meters, cross Andrassy street. The Apartments are located on the corner of Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut and Andrassy street, entrance is from Andrassy street.
Travel time approx: 50 minutes

Nyugati Railway Station:

Take Metro line 3 (blue line), in the direction of Kobanya-Kispest, get off at Deak Ferenc Ter (2nd stop). Nepliget International bus station:

Take the blue line metro (M3) towards Ujpest-kozpont and travel till Deak Ferenc square (6th stop). From there take the yellow line metro (M1) towards Mexikoi ut and travel to Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut (1stop) or on the Deak Ferenc square take the exit to Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut and from there walk on the street 400 meters till Andrassy street 2.
Travel time approx: 20 minutes


Important: for public transport, you need a ticket each time you get on a bus, tram or metro, even when you change lines. Tickets are sold at newsagent/tobacconist kiosks. A single ride costs 320 Forint (about 1 Euro). Validate your ticket before you get on.

The metro runs between 4:30 am and 11:20 pm.
