Hong, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and charming throughout my visit. No complaints at all. The Breakfast is not served at the place but you can choose from two cafes on the port-side under the collonade - so breakfast with a view.

LOVED this place! So clean and spacious and modern. They were great to work with and the location was not to far from the train station and was right in the center of town.

not sure what you mean by 'fun factor' and 'atmosphere'. It was a very nice and very clean place. The landlady was very welcoming. However I didn't get to meet anyone there, it was more a hotel than a B&B
