The farmhouse, once used for agricolture, as a shelter for animals and stores and as a residence for the owners, is characterized by a cental courtyard delimited on its four sides by warehouses which today have been changed into 11 rooms with 17 beds altogether.
Each room is fittted with shower, air conditioner, direct telephone and television set on request.

Other services are: a room for handicapped people, a dining hall with TV and reading place, safe deposit box, an exibition of local products and souvenirs, bar restaurant, pizzeria, large car-park.
