One of the most crazy hostels I've ever been. Owners collect everything :) It's sweet and uniq. Owner is very nice and very helpful and he speaks english - appreciate it - it's not so common on sicily :) Rooms are clean, you can use fridge, wifi works properly, there is equipement to make cafe or tea in the room. we had no balcony, but thanks to that the room was quite.

I have stayed here twice, but only for a night each time, before flying back to England. But, I really like the friendly feel to the place. The bed was very good - firm mattress. There were automatic lights that came on when I walked into the corridor. The building from outside looks shabby (it is an old mansion), but inside all is well kept.
Located 15 mins walk or so from the historic centre (and from the stazione) it was ideal for me.

Although the surroundings and the way it looks from the outside seemed creepy, inside this hostel is a really beautiful place to stay and pretty close to the heart of Catania. If you don't go with a clear plan of visit of if you have any question just ask the owners!! They're really helpful and always ready to through away any doubt you might have. I really enjoyed my stay and strongly recommened that place!

The host of the accommodation is very friendly and helpful. The location is also good as it is very near the centre. About 10-15 mins on foot.
