Helpful owners, tasteful rooms with nice colours, great view from the top of the hill, easy to reach from airport with good shoes (tunnel under railway, than a 45 min.walk, see satellite map)or pick-up by car (just phone B&B!)or train. New breakfast room. Child-friendly. Little supermarket at 200 m. Lovely houses and a big market on monday morning near the beach. Good place for visiting Ancona that also has very steep streets : a good fitness experience ful of culture !
