From Central Train Station: Walk or take a bus to Piazza San Marco then walk.

From AIRPORT : Taxi or Shuttle to Central Train Station 'Fi S.M.N.' then walk or take a bus to Piazza San Marco.
Highway Exit: Firenze Sud then go to centre directions and park at 'Parterre Parking'
