Silvia and Sorbino run an immaculate hostel in a fantastic location right at the heart of Florence across from Il Duomo. They suggested places to eat and attractions to see. We were provided with maps of the city. Breakfast was light but wonderful and held in a large common area. We had a HUGE private bathroom. Wonderful experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at B&B Floralia. Silvia and Sabino were of great help in recommending local places to eat, great sights around Florence, and making sure we were comfortable on our stay. I would definitely visit again!

What a fantastic B&B! Silvia and Sabino made our stay fantastic - they really care about their guests and it shows! Hostel kept amazingly clean. Very spacious, in a terrific location. However, the windows are very thin and the hostel faces a busy street...therefore, bring earplugs! (or you wont be getting much sleep). Highly recommended to stay here!

The hosts were kind, friendly, helpful, informative, responsive to my individual needs. Very clean place. Great location in the heart of Florence. Would have liked a desk and chair in my room, but there was a double bed and no space for a desk. I was offered to sit in the breakfast room to work on my laptop, but my adapter plug would not fit correctly into their sockets (?). The other drawback was the mattress was very thin, which made the bed hard. Breakfast was very generous Italian continental, but I need protein so I went to another place to eat breakfast. For the price I would stay here again, but if I had more money I would stay somewhere a bit more cushy. Lovely, lovely owners though.

Florelia is in a perfect position - right in the centre of Florence, round the corner from the Duomo - this can make it a bit noisy at night when you're trying o sleep, but I found it fine. There's only one bathroom, which can be problematic, but the friendliness of Sabina and Sylvia, and the colourful decorations make up for that.We had a lovely stay here and I would definitely go back!

This is a very nice, clean and pretty decorated place. The location is perfect and centrally located. Breakfast is also good. The owner is very nice and warm welcome. We really recommend this place for anyone who want to explore Florence in short period. You can easily find everything from this place.

The location of this B&B is superb, it's just off the main piazza and in a street where there are plenty of restaurants and it is walking distance from the train station.

The decor of the place is very bright and could bring out a smile in the grumpiest of people.

The only complaint is that my room had a window into the laundry room. It would have been nice to have seen the outside.

Very well-located and clean place to stay. Almost hotel standard. However, if well-booked, it can get a little loud since the walls are quite thin.

I found the staff to be very welcoming, helpful and actually interested in you...the position was tops, I found myself right in the heart of everything, so much life, it was great!! Apart from my bed being a lil 'springy' ...I found my stay to be a very relaxing one and I would definately recommend it to others:)

This is a really cute and colourfull Backpacker. It is situated in a busy street and when you open the windows you can smell the pizza from the pizza shop outside and hear the busy locals and tourists. It creates a great italian holiday flair. Only one downside, you cant cook there. But you can use the fridge. They have breakfast but it is only sweet stuff. The staff is very nice and easy going. We would go back!

Very beautiful B&B! Very close to the Duomo (1 minute walk!) and market of San Lorenzo, situated in a pretty road plenty of nice restaurant. But street noises don't come into rooms so it is very quiet too. Owners are great, very kind and brilliant (typical Tuscan speaking!). Breakfast is rich, you can move free during the day, rooms are very clean and ethnical interior design is very nice.

The location is very good. Close to everything and easy to find. Really the center of Florence. The inner decoration is fine. Feels like home. But my room is facing the street, a very noisy and busy street even in the midnight. You may accustom to it in the second day or the third day.

Very nice room and very well localized. It´s not very near the central station but it´s next the Duomo and a 5 minutes walk to ponte vechio, uffizi and piazza de signoria. The only problem was the noise because it´s located in a street with a lot o bars and restaurants. It´s a good choice.

Such a great location and so cheap! Very nice rooms, feels like home!

One thing not so good is the breakfast, all very hard for me to digest. But next time if I am in Florence I will definitely stay there again. Another thing to remind you, if you need more sleep, don't stay in the room facing the street. I like the view, but it could be very noisy till middle night.

Situated in a bustling little cobbled street of shops and outdoor restaurants - two minutes from a the market and the Duomo and five minutes from many of the other famous sights and Santa Maria Novella station. Comfortable, clean and run by the very helpful and friendly Sabino and Syliva. Really enjoyed my stay in Florence here and would highly recommend.

Our stay at Dany House Floralia has just been great. It's located in the centre of Florence, close to the cathedral. Our room was comfortable and extraordinary clean, as well as our private bath room. The two people running the accommodation were very kind and helpful. We definitely can recommend this place and hopefully will come back there some day...

Although centrally located in Florence my single room was cramped & the window opened onto a tiny shaft of a courtyard & the room was depressingly dark & airless. During the night I heard occupants on other floors coming and going but at least it may not have been as noisy as the rooms on the front which overlooked a very busy street by night & day.

It's close to the Cathedral.

It's very clean.

The staff is nice, but thats all they got to offer.

It's hard to get to know people inside the ostel 'cause almost everybody is in their room (1 or 2 beds).
