Hotel Paola *

I could never shower with hot water.

It was little bit dirty and there was no hot wątek info room. But generaly ok.

Very nice hostel but it is on the third floor and it gets really hot in the summer

Room is very clean.Washbasin and shower booth are provided in the room. Staffs were very friendly and gave useful info.

the only drawback is the hotel is located on 3rd floor w/o lift.

The location of the Hostel is great! We never used any bus or something. It's only 3-5 minutes to S.Maria Novella Train Station and also very closed to Duamo. The hostel is clean and safe. We were travelling with my sister and safety was the most important thing for us. It has no kitchen. In winter, it was a little bit cold because the heating system was not enough.I should also say that the girl, named Adriana is very helpful and nice. Have a nice holiday!

In function of price we have no big demands. So we are satisfied of our stay

during March 2013.

The only remark we have is that the central heating could not be put off (broken crane) so to put on the ventilator (celling) was the solution.
