How to Get to WOW Florence Hostel by Car

Driving on the A1 from Milan, Bologna, Rome or Naples
Choose one of the “Firenze Sud – Firenze Nord” exits and follow the signs that say "Viali di Circonvallazione" until you reach Piazza della Libertà. In Piazza della Libertà, there is a large covered parking lot, from which you can walk along Via Cavour to WOW Florence Hostel in less than 5 minutes. If you would like to drive directly to our facility, call WOW Florence’s reception and we will contact the city for your access to the Z.T.L. (Zona a Traffico Limitato/Limited Traffic Zone). This is necessary as our property is located in a quiet area normally closed to private traffic.

Driving on the A11/A12 from Pisa, Leghorn, Lucca, Versilia or Genoa
Take the Firenze West exit and follow the signs for "Viali di Circonvallazione" until you reach Piazza della Libertà. Driving on the Firenze-Siena from Grosseto, Maremma, Siena or Chianti
Drive until the road ends and follow the signs to Piazzale Michelangelo, then follow the signs for "Viali di Circonvallazione" until you reach Piazza della Libertà. Driving on the SGC Firenze-Pisa–Livorno from Valdera, San Miniato or Empoli
Take the Firenze/Florence exit and follow the signs for "Viali di Circonvallazione" until you reach Piazza della Libertà. How to Get to WOW Florence Hostel by Train
WOW Florence is conveniently located only a few metres away from a number of bus lines that connect to the railway stations in Florence.

From the Santa Maria Novella railway station in Florence
You can choose between a 15 minute walk to our location in the center of Florence, or one of the many ATAF busses that stop only a few metres from WOW Florence Hostel: the Number 17 (direction Viale Verga stop Venezia), the Number 1 (towards Cure-Boccaccio/Faenza-Salviati), the Number 7 (towards Fiesole), the Number 10 (towards Settignano) or the Number 11 (towards Salviatino).

From the Campo di Marte railway station in Florence
Take the ATAF bus Number 19 (towards San Marco-Via della Dogana).

From the Rifredi or Statute railway station in Florence
Take the ATAF bus Number 20 (towards Comparetti).

How to Get to WOW Florence by Air
Reaching our hotel from any Italian airport is very simple using the excellent rail and bus services available.

From the Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence
There is the "Vola in Bus" shuttle which will take you to the Santa Maria Novella railway station. There, you can choose between a 15 minute walk to our location in the center of Florence, or one of the many ATAF busses that stop only a few metres from WOW Florence: the Number 17 (direction Viale Verga stop Venezia, the Number 1 (towards Cure-Boccaccio/Faenza-Salviati), the Number 7 (towards Fiesole), the Number 10 (towards Settignano) or the Number 11 (towards Salviatino). From the Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa
You can take the train to the Santa Maria Novella railway station in Florence. There are also busses that have contracts with the airlines (for example, the Terravision bus company has a contract with Ryanair). From Santa Maria Novella, you can choose between a 15 minute walk to our location in the center of Florence, or one of the many ATAF busses that stop only a few metres from WOW Florence Hostel: the Number 17, the Number 1 (towards Cure-Boccaccio/Faenza-Salviati), the Number 7 (towards Fiesole), the Number 10 (towards Settignano) or the Number 11 (towards Salviatino).

If arriving at the Leonardo da Vinci airport in Rome
The “Leonardo Express” shuttle takes you directly to the the railway station in only 30 minutes. From the Rome terminal, take the train to Florence. WOW Florence Hostel is connected to of all the railway stations in Florence (see "How to Get to WOW Florence by Train").

If arriving at the Ciampino Airport in Rome
A five minute bus ride will take you to the Ciampino Railway Station, connected by light rail to the Roma Termini railway station, from where you can take the train to Florence. WOW Florence Hostel is connected to all of the railway stations in Florence (see "How to Get to WOW Florence Hostel by Train").
