About us
Minihotel Iris is a modern structure launched in 2009, located far from the traffic noise and just a stone’s away from the beaches. It is the result of a conscious project and of much enthusiasm put into the restoration of the ancient mansion house of the Marquis of Mezzacapo, a nobleman of Maiori.

Accommodation
Any room is unique, named after flowers whose colours and character reflect those of the walls and of the clapboard covering of the bathrooms. They all have an independent air-conditioner, a digital cable LCD TV set, free broad band Internet connection, direct dial phone, a small fridge and a 220/110 volt international plug adaptor.
All rooms are furnished with private bathrooms, a hairdryer and either a shower or a whirlpool bath.

Services and activities
All guests can spend downtime by a wide solarium-terrace and may also park their cars in a safe secure place. The clean smell of a lemon field close by can alternatively bring you back into harmony with the local suburb landscape.

Minihotel IRIS offers an excellent position the heart of the Amalfi Coast, just 5km from Amalfi, 8 km from Ravello and 16 Km from Positano. From our location you can reach the island of Capri and Ischia.

The annulment of a booking before 15 (fifteen) days from the date of check-in (arrival) doesn't involve costs and it will be refunded the possible versed deposit. For the cancellation within the 15 preceding days the date of check-in or in case of No-show (missed arrival)it will be debited: •For the stays up to 3 (three) nights, the cost of the first night; •For the superior stays to 3 (three) nights, the 30% of the whole stay. In the case of versed deposit already all or part of it will be held back in the measure above exposed. The guests that for proper motives, not imputable to Minihotel Iris, they will anticipate their departure they must correspond in full the cost reserved stay.
