Nice location and free shuttle service 24 hours. One should call the hotel upon arrival to get the shuttle bus, it comes in 15 minutes. Bare in mind the food options, if you get late in Malpensa village, as most of the places are closed.

I stayed at a Residence, as part of the Hotel. The good point about this Hotel is that it is very near the Malpensa Airport, which is very far from downtown. The place is very pleasant, the room was great, very neat and clean, all the furniture and instalations are brand new. It also has a great restaurant. AND, another good point about it is that they have this free shuttle service to the Airport, and to the residences (they are not right next to the Hotel). I totally recommend! and the price, it was really worthy it!

We ate at the hotel restaurant since it was the only one around. Food was OK as well as breakfast (included). We assumed that there was no charge for the airport shuttle, but staff attempted to charge 26 euros round trip. That was not stated in their ad. They agreed, and we did not pay, only tipped the driver who was very helpful and very nice.
