Hotel Ideal ***

Very pleasant stay, air con, close to railway station, can't say anything against ideal.

Great location, the staff will help you in any way they can. Great restaurants next to the hotel, and the train station and the city historic center is really close. Great place to stay

Nice, clean, friendly place. It is like a silent retreat in the busy city. We had a room looking onto the backyard. Excellent transportation. The breakfast was fime, wasn't variable, but good for that price.

The receptionist who was in charge in the mornings during our stay (May 3rd-7th)gave us very helpful tips for sightseeing und travelling!

Their service is really bad!!! They changed our resevation without any notification, and arranged us to a very bad hotel without any star...and didn't make any compensation for this. We aruged with them for more than 1 hour, and they promised to have discout in the bad hotel, but when we pay the price for the 2nd night at Hotel ideal, they increased the price...I've never met this kind of service before, they don't care customers at all! Any potential customers, if u see this message, pls bear in mind, they may change your reservation, I recommend you never consider this hotel...服务很差，随便把我们预定撤销，把我们安排到差的旅店，还没有补偿，我无话说，遇到的是无赖工作人员跟无赖酒店，请不要考虑这家。。。

A bit smelly room,but very nice staff.

Very good position - 150 m far from Main Train Station, helpful staff, clear rooms with private bathroom, TV-set. Breakfast quite godd, but every day the same. Hotel bar inside the house. We can recommend this hotel. No refrigerator, kettle or microwave - must ask in bar.

Location was great - close to railway station and there was possible go to the center of Naples by feets.Room was warmly and comfortable, the bathroom was clean. All employers were friendly and helpful.

The only serious drawback: it was difficuit to procure blankets-only sheets:they asked us just not to use соnditioners.

Everithing was werry good

The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The man in the bar tried to kick me out before closing time. He started banging cabinet doors and sighing very loudly to indicate his dissatisfaction. When I ignored his negative attitude, he told me to leave.
