I had a serious problem with bugs biting all night in my bed, the room was full of them

It was just perfect! The front of the building is scaring but when you enter into the courtyard you will see a maintained building with a really old elevator. Looks lovely. The guy at the reception was so friendly and gave me a plan of neapel where he drew some sightseeing stuff into. The room was clean as well the bath. I had a beautiful view inside the courtyard. If I come back to Neapel I would love to stay there again!

The location was good as it was right around the corner from the Archaeology Museum and about 2 train stops from the main train station. However, I didn't like that they didn't clean the room during the day and there was heavy construction in the courtyard in the front.

The best place for young people to stay in Napoli!!!

the toilet are a bit noisy and not so welcoming.

the instructions to arrive on the website not are accurate but it's not impossible to get there. hosts are very friendly (except the spanish guy) specially Renato and the charming Laura I had great time in naples and part of this was thanks to welcomeInn hostel for sure.

Lovely place to stay! Clean and friendly... I felt very welcome. Could do with some speakers in the common room and a sign post on the street outside (as I found it difficult to find) but otherwise I can't criticise. One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Thank you!

Really funny and kind the guys of the staff!

Great hostel full of really nice, helpful people that were great with helping us get to Pompeii/Vesuvius. The bedrooms were great - ours had it's own bathroom and shower, which was nice. The only thing that I didn't like about this hostel was it's location - although it is located right by the National Museum, it isn't in the best area of town. I didn't feel comfortable walking around any time after dark. Very dirty streets, lots of creepy men. As two young girls travelling alone, Napoli as a whole wasn't very welcoming - It wasn't just the area of the hostel, but the city at large was just gross. I would stay at the hostel again, if it were in any other town than Napoli!

Good choice for the money spent; easy to find it, good location that seemed safe to us. no TV in the room, in case you would expect one. also be prepared with towels or money to buy it from the hostel (1 euro). our room was facing the interior court and there seemed to be constructions there, affecting the wall of the building, but fortunately not active during our stay. But you should ask in advance if it is still the case, unless you want to see workers at your window. Also if the builder`s scaffolding is still there when you visit, you might want to ask the receptionist not to open your window when they clean the room as you might find that your belongings are unsafe with an open window that can be easily accessed from the scaffolding.

I had a great time at the Welcome Inn Hostel in Naples, the staff were really kind and helpful, the location is great, the rooms massive and clean! I enjoyed the common room as well with the book exchange system and computer available to all... there was a really nice atmosphere the whole time and last but not least, the breakfast was amazing!

Thank you very much Hostel Inn I really didn't expected all this for the cheap price and will definitely come back and recommend you to other travellers!

This is the best hostel I've ever visited. There is no doubt that if I ever visit Naples again I'll go straight to Welcome Inn Hostel. I recommended to my best friends, and I recommend it to you! :)

Welcome Inn had a nice staff who can help if you have questions about trains and sightseeing etc. The beds were fine but the 8 person room was pretty noicy because it lay right above the street. The commonroom was great, with nice people and as an extra bonus there is a kitchen and you get free pasta on the day your arrival

Lovely hostel, clean, friendly and convienent. The only downfall was the room didn't have AC and so you had to sleep with the window open which meet you were up at 7am with the traffic. Also be good to have some fruit at breakfast, although breakfast was good.

Great staff and a safe place for Napoli! They were so kind, helpful and let us put our lugguage in the hostel during a day after checkout. But the breakfast is not really good, go out for breakfast and eat some sfogliatella.

They mixed up our reservation so we ended up in a shared room instead of a private. Otherwise things were good. The traffic is a bit loud but not too bad. Overall good location.

Really good hostel in a perfect, safe place. Great free pasta on Saturday evening, good breakfast, nice and helping staff. Clean and vast rooms and common spaces, Internet and possibility to watch football:) Only one but huge disadvantage - shared bathroom and the one in dorm in horrible state - stinky, dirty and blocked.

you feel a little like you are in a family in this place, a specially the breakfast was really great!

The room was big and the bathroom clean.

There is WLAN in the hole Hostel and a great living room.

But the rooms wasn't closed and there wasn't any lookers (just normal closets)

It´s the best hostel we have ever been. The people there are very friendly and kind. It is located in a very interesting area, near to the central station and to the subway. The place is clean and cool! We will be back for sure.

We had a great time here. It is in a relatively good location, round the corner from the archaeological museum - though it is hard to find!

Welcomeinn is a very clean hostel, the owners and staff are very kind. You have internet, tv-room, the kitchen is complete.The breakfast is good (if you take into account the price of the hostel which is very cheap). In fact, one Sunday we got very good pancakes! I really recomend this hostel.

simple but clean rooms, friendly staff, complimentary pasta on saturday night, when we arrived.

good value for money. Sky TV for watching sports events like the Soccer World Cup. Free and fast Internet Access. We did not enjoy the breakfast very much. Next time I go to Naples I will stay again.

Absolutely amazing! If visiting Naples, this is without doubt the place to stay. Very easy to find, and once you get there, you are treated like royalty! The family is beyond hospitable, ensuring that you have everything you need... even if your needs extend to pancakes and strawberries for breakfast :).

Napole is increbible and Mario (the manager) was also very friendly and always trying to satisfy any request. He was very helpful. The place is very clean and tidy, colourful. We redomend it as well !!!. Realmente estamos muy agradecidos porque Mario nos ayudó en nuestro recorrido por Napole. Esperamos volver pronto !!!.

Had a great stay at WelcomeInn, super nice hostel run by a friendly staff, makes you feel at home. It's very well located right next to the Centro Storico, I can recommend it wholeheartedly!

One of the best places I have stayed in. We had an apartment, the breakfasts were excellent. Einess, the manager was brilliant, really friendly and helpful. The staff in the breakfast bar were also helpful and lovely. The accomodation is over the road from the museum of Archeology, which is in the heart of the old town, ( the museum has most of the original artefacts from pompeii, as well as other sites, e.g. it houses the statue of Artemis which was from Ephesus). Naples is really friendly, and well worth a visit. Its a city so it can be a bit grimey, but it doesn't deserve the bad press. We loved it and would go back to stay at the Welcomeinn again.

Everything was great. We were looking for a cheap hostel near the center and with WelcomeInn Hostel we found it! It's a small, clean and well managed hostel, with nice staff (thanks for the invitations to join you while celebrating with your friends, dear Michele). You get a feeling of home in this hostel and I think there cannot be any other place in Naples, that is better to spend some nights in this great city. I absolutely recommend this hostel!

very nice hostel, the only thing i can blame is that the water in the bath room would become totally cold for a long time after someone had taken a shower. on the other hand, it's a very nice and beautiful hostel, situated in an old apartment but the decoration was very fashionable. the staffs are warmhearted and very humorous (they recommend us some really nice local restaurants whose prices are cheap), and the breakfast offered by the hostel was so good!

The breakfast was so nice, and the staff were all lovely! it's the kind of place that will make you want to stay longer
