Cute:smaller than expected but clean & right near the beach. Located *not* in Palermo but Balestrate, make sure you know how to get there- take bus #102 from Palermo Centrale to Palermo Notarbartolo & a train from there (running only 3x a day).

Very friendly proprietors, willing to help and speaking German and English. Many things needed repair (maybe because it's still so early in the season, and we had to clean all kitchen things although there is a cleaning fee of 40€. The appartment is very nice, and clean, in a rather dark house in a dead-end but noisy street. The little town is nice, access to everything you have to buy easy even walking. Access to the beach is more difficult as you think when you arrive as it lies far below the town ...
