Great hotel. Rooms clean and spacious with good views. Staff friendly and willing to help. Free parking a bonus and the breakfast had plenty of choice. It was also good to have a bar within the hotel. Only downside is that it is not within walking distance of the Leaning Tower - you will need to get a bus or drive.

It is a great location where u don't have to drag your luggage too far to the hotel. Most importantly you can hop on to the tour bus there's within 3 mins walk fr the hotel. It is a great location with good customer service staff. I just love it!

This was a hotel worth the money. We got very much for little money, and the people working at the place were very friendly in all ways! Great brekfast!

I was feeling like a princess of Italy. Charmed and friendly staff made my stay to a perfekt Pisa remember.The breakfast is first class and a good start in the day.

The hotel was quite nice and clean for the price. I found that restuarants and cafe's near the hotel were NOT very friendly (i.e. did not speak a word to us, or simply ignored us on some occasions), this was the only place in Italy where we were treated like this. If you want to be treated kindly you have to eat near the tower in the old city. I recommend Cafe Pisa, good prices, great food, friendly staff.
