Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

Ciao Roma hostel is located in the centre of Rome just 10 minute walk from Termini railway station.

Leave Termini from the Via Marsala exit. Once out of the doors head left down Via Marsala which will turn into Via Volturno. At the third street, turn right onto Via Montebello and then left at the first street, which should be Via Macao, where you will find us at number 12. Buzz Ciao Roma, and we'll let you in (ground floor).

PLEASE Attention to the time of arrival that included (AM / PM).

Print your reservation and bring in hostel.

Our reception desk is open until midnight, so it would be advisable to arrange your arrival time during our hours of operation (from 08:00 until 24,00). Please inform us (email)if there is a delay in your arrival, should it happen to fall after midnight and we will wait for you so that you can check in.
- Payment can be made by cash only and must be made at time of check in
- Cancellations or changes to your original booking must be made at least 48 hours beforehand, by either email or fax. Please note that phone cancellations cannot be accepted
- Travellers that book with Debit card MUST call before midday ON THE ARRIVAL DAY;
attention time of arrival, wait five hours after there is a risk of not finding the availability, notify in case of delay by email or telephone
If you cannot meet these conditions you may risk losing your bed.
