The place is near the main station(10 min walking) and 10 minutes to the coloseum . friendly staff

water was generally cold.we were always in a position that we call the staff for the shower.Wifi was good.but the money we paid wasn't worth .

The day we arrived we had to wait because they were finishing painting the room (?!). There were small bugs at the walls and bed, hole night tring to get rid of them, and finilly y have thousands of bites (suppose were the bugs we saw everywhere)- not kidding, i will sure put a picture at internet

There were no one available to discuss it - they give you the key and are nor there. Breakfast is coffee and croissant in a place nearby.

Location is not bad. Room size and bathroom are ok, but i would never go back - rather a worse located and smaller room but without bugs and bites. really disppointing

we had the room with the balconi and it was so nice for the view and the spirit of the room and the city !! just it has to be clean better but it is due to others people who came here, +++ good

this is perfect for a couple of nights in rome (as we stayed) , but i think is not suitable for a week or so. the room was kinda small, but we used it just to sleep during the night, cause we spent all the days visting rome. the staff was very helpful .

We enjoyed the location of this hostel. Our apartement was close to the public transport (train station, underground) and what's more to the monuments.

This apartement was warm although the temperature outside wasn't high. Unfortunately, there wasn't purely and within 7 days of our stay, wasn't cleaned even once. We knew that somebody visited our bathroom only because rubbish were thrown out. If you like simple but clean places, I can't recommend you this hostel.

Good position, 2 minutes away from subway vittorio emanuele and 10 minutes walking by the main station. Good staff , clean place. Thank youuuu

Even though it only had the very basics, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was provided by a nearby terrace and consisted of a (very good) cappuccino and a pastry. The Colosseum is only 10 min. away by foot and there's also a metro station nearby. Overall, I would say that this hostel offers very good value for your money.

The place was filthy, they only cleaned where it was vissible, under the bed it was full of dust and garbage. The bathroom smelled really bad; the odor was disgusting, it smelled like poop all the time. They did not have a kitchen or a microwave. And it's not located where it says on this page, it is actually like 3 blocks away in another building in a neighborhood that did not look safe at night. There was no actual closet, there was a door and it was full of garbage as well. It was not ready for use it was a hole in the wall covered by a door that looked like a closet. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone, don't waste your time and money you can find better for the same amount of money.

well we ended up somewhere else, but then it was a kind of small studio and could use the tiny kitchen. Bathroom needs some remodelling.Basic breakfast at a café nearby. Piazza Vittorio Emanuelle happens to be a quite interesting spot.

For our one night stay this hotel was ok, we didnt need anything more luxurious. But it is located in the very strange area, it seems little bit dangerous to the foreigner, but finally we had no problem here :) on the other hand it was quite close to the coloseum and the center...

room was nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, good location near the metro. The street under the window was very noisy, but with earplugs it´s o.k. We were very satisfied with this hotel, I can only recommend it.

Cleanliness: showels were not changed during our 4 night stay, there was no floor-cloth to sweep the water that come out from the shower.

Staff: good thing that we were in late, but she called us, and also we could leave our bag there aftzer we checked out. You get keys to the entire building. No reception. If you need to reach the staff sometimes you need to call on mobile.

Position: it is very good connected to everything. Metro stop is only 2-3 minutes.

This was one of the dirtiest places I have stayed. It wasn't located close to anything, and we took the metro/bus everywhere. But the owner was able to hook us up with a nice/cheap taxi ride to the airport.

The girl who received us was very nice and helpfull, despite renting a room with double shared bed without bathroom, she gave us one with a bathroom wich was really great. The hostel was very quiet. The breakfast is in a caffe near and is a capuccino and a croissant wich was fine for for us. The poorest is the location, not very much in the center, had to walk a while.

Highly recommended. Spent 7 days there. The breakfast is a croisant and a cappucino in a nearby cafe. Better then bread and jam. Could be cleaner.

Great if you're looking for a guesthouse. It is not a hostel with other people though. Directions to get here are terrible so it's hard to find.

Good hostle and the staff is very kind and the environment is clean, when i left my phone and camera in the hostel,she responsed me very immediately.

Very good location!Breakfast was at street cafe near the building where we staid - coffee and muffin! For guys is not enough!

we have experienced 2 icarus inn places - 1 in v.foscolo, 2 in v.conte verde. so conte verde is much nicer rooms, building and everything :) foscolo is good with internet and place overall also not bad, just smaller. for the price asked and conditions expected i can surely recommend it to anyone with comprehensible needs (we took double private room with bathroom inside). hey ho! :)

First time I stayed at hostel, only thing I can say - breakfast could be a little bit more "breakfast"!!!
