very nice hotel in city centre. walking distance to majority of historical cites. Breakfast is served in a restaurant nearby and it is absolutely amazing!

Great place and an absolutely great location! The manager was really lovely and very helpful with plenty of good, helpful advice and recommendations.

Monica, the owner is extremely friendly and very helpful. She provided a map with all the good places to eat, advice on the best time to site see and other helpful information. If it wasn't for her advice, I would of ended up eating at touristy places and waiting in long queues to site see.

The location is great, close enough to the station and close to the Trevi fountain. Property is very safe and I was comfortable leaving my room unlocked. Only problem is I went during summer and it was 33-37 degrees each day and the room only had a fan making it extremely difficult to sleep. Had it had air con this place would be perfect.

Overall, a great experience, I'd recommend it if you're not fuss about air con. But personally, in future I'd probably find a place that has air con if travelling in summer.

Monica is great. She was patient, warm, helpful, approachable and very cheerful.

She prepared the maps on her recommendations of where to go, what transpo to take and where to eat.

It was like meeting a long lost aunt.

Great place to stay would recommend to anyone

Due to overbooking room waqs not available at night and day but they have arranged for us the same type of room in the hotel which was in front of them. Sevice in that hotel was good and also breakfast was nice. So we did not face any issue. Overall it was a nice experience,

We only got to stay one night, but wish we could have stayed longer!

Monica, the owner is so sweet and helpfull. The room and bath were cleen. Great position, it is very close to the Fontana di Trevi, and we loved it. We are definetely going back to Rome and offcours staying with Monica. Highly recommended. ;)

Our hostess was wonderful, gave us loads of useful info, and so welcoming. Our room was fine, but close to the main road, so a bit noisy early morning. Would go back again.

If we come back to Rome, we have no doubt that we're going to sleep again in Night and Day!!! Monica is so sweet...! And the location is perfect, close to the city center and the metro.

Perfect location in easy walking distance of all the sights. Monica is fantastic - so welcoming, helpful and fun.

We found the place wonderful. Very well located, 3 blocks from Fontana di Trevi and 2 blocks from the Barberini Metro station! Appart from that what was extraordinary was Monica's attitude and help giving us all directions and comments on how to made the most of our time in Rome. She had prepared maps with indications, buses to take, places to eat, sites not to miss! She and Irene, her helpaer, made us to feel at home. The place also has internet wifi and a pc if you need one. We strongly recommend the place and thank Monica for being such a nice and extraordinary host.

Our stay at night and day goes beyond our expectations. Monica is such a great and thoughtful hostess, she meets our every needs. When we arrived, Monica had done a map up for us, showing all of the historic and important sites of Rome; also sharing travel tips. The place is central and walking distance to everything; it is clean an very secure. If u are looking for a quiet and cheap place to stay, I would suggest u book with night and day! We had a great time at Night and day. The room was fine, quite and cleen. The position in de city was great. You can walk to almost every highlight of the city. And it's also nearby the metro. We had a great welcome: Monica told us everything about Rome! She's verry nice! When you go to Rome, it's a great place to stay!

Monica, the owner of Night and Day B&B is an excellent host. As mentioned in other reviews, she in deed takes the initiative to explain to her guests "the must places to visit in Rome". Nonetheless, a very detailed map of Rome is provided by her. ( This would include tourist attractions, places to dine, cab numbers and her phone number in any cases of emergency). N&D BB is close to the Termini station, hence it would be a plus point since it is convenient ( approx 10 mins walk). The BB is also well kept. Toilets are frequently cleaned, Beds and rooms are tidied on a daily basis & well equipped kitchen. Oh, not forgetting, free internet access! So yeah, this place is highly recommended.

Night and Day felt more like an apartment than a hostel or B&B. Very clean, central, welcoming. Monica was such a wonderful host, so helpful with maps, sightseeing, anything we needed. The most impressive moment was at the end of our trip when I forgot two of my rings in the bathroom, and Monica brought them to me at the train station. Really above and beyond. Thanks Monica!

I strongly recommend NIGHT AND DAY to everyone. Monica is very nice as many people have mentioned. She gave many very helpful suggestions. The room we stayed is pretty large and very clean. Monica prepares wonderful breakfast every morning(too many choices like hot milk, cold milk, coffee, American coffee...)Because our room faces the road, I should say it is quite noisy at night. But we were not quite disturbed due to fatigue of trip. Above all, I strongly recommend NIGHT AND DAY to everyone.

An absolutely amazing hostel. Monica, the lady in charge, will pretty much act as your mother for your stay in Rome. She will help plan your trip, tell you about all the good restaurants in the area, and even help you buy a train ticket. Oh, and the fact that the location is incredible doesn't hurt either. Very clean too!

First, the location is great. We could go to Colosseo at night on foot without feeling danger. Second, the price is reasonable. Finally, Monica is so helpful which made our trip more unforgetable!

Excellent position for a quick stay, as very close to the main train station, but the cars on the road outside were unfortunately extremely loud throughout the night, making sleeping difficult.

Monica was so kind. It was very clean, calm and comfortable hostel. She explained the best way to look around Rome. Breakfast was great. It was our last night in Europe, and it was the best stay!

We spent a week so quite and comfortable in Night and Day. The manager is very kind and she`s all the time careful about everything. Perfect place to saty on family and with friends as well.Feeling at home!!! 3min to Termini St,.Nice!

Highly recommended! Monica the owner lady is very helpful, very hospitable and she is a good English speaker. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful. We could also check our e-mails in the mornings! Located in just 5 minutes walk from the Termini, and in walking distance from most tourist targets. Things to mind: Be ready to pay in cash! (A rule of thumb in Rome.) If you need true silence to sleep well, book the double room looking to the courtyard.

This is a great place to stay in Rome! The owner, Monica, is such a wonderful, nice and patient person. We had such a great time staying here since it is very strategically placed near Termini and the tourist spots. You can just walk around and enjoy the many spots.
