Roma Art Rooms is a brand new guesthouse, ideally located in Via Marghera, a few steps away from the Termini Railway station. Here you will find nicely furnished rooms, with good facilities and a safe and relaxed atmosphere.

Roma Art Rooms has 10 rooms and it can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests.
There are single, double, triple, quadruple and family rooms too...you can choose according to your needs.

At the ground floor there is a common area to take some rest after a long day around Rome.
You can use this room also after check out or for early check in.
We can arrange spaces for private party or meeting.
The Art Rooms Guest House provides a free wi fi connection.

Roma Art Rooms is located in Via Marghera, a couple of minutes away from Termini Railway Station: here you will find a lot of buses, underground metro and tram connected to whole Rome City Center and to the airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino too.
Many Rome sightseeings can be easily reached walking: Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza del Quirinale and the Trevi Fountain are less than 20 minutes away!

The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.

Taxes not included: city tax per person per night 3.50 euro.

This property charges all nights if canceled less than 3 days before the arrival date.

In the event of a no show this property charges all nights on customer's credit card.
