I booked and paid the 10%. I called them a week before to confirm that it was OK that I arrived late. I then got the news that rhey didn't have a room for me. I went to a lot of trouble to find a new place, it was Eastertime, and I lost my 10%. They have offered to pay back if I send bankaccount, IBAN etc, but that would cost me moore to get than it is worth.
