Although we had a confirmed reservation and had paid a deposit, the Villa Piccola Siena did not have a reservation for us and we were unable to find other accommodations in Siena on short notice. Fortunately, we had phoned from our hotel for directions and did not have to make the long bus trip, with our luggage, to the hotel to find out that we didn't have a reservation. I would obviously not recommend this place to anyone and would also hesitate to book again through Hostelsclub.Thanks for sending an explanation of why I had a confirmed booking but no room. Siena is beautiful. The staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful stay in Villa Piccola Siena.

great place to stay. It was only about a 15 minute walk to the center and there is a cafe and COOP right around the corner. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice clean place- 20-30 min walk to central city. Terrible instructions provided for how to get to the hostel from the train station- ended up getting lost and when rung to ask for directions got told they were too busy to help us right now and to ring back and hung up on. Ended up having to call a taxi. Good breakfast provided. Air con was great.
Had booked a 3 bed room but got 1 single and one double bed.

Extremely cute little hotel. Very charming! Staff is great and very helpful. Walk to the center of the city easily within 10 min.
