There is a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 of them with en-suite bathroom with shower or relaxing tub and two other bathrooms (with only WC, bidet and sink) that the other 2 rooms can share. Kitchen, living room, outside patio and a library. The area is well served with stores and public transports, but at the same time, being an independent house, you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere inside the house. A liberty stile house, from the end of 800' and completely renewed in 2015. Wide spaces inside and outside, on 4 floors, furnished with a modern design. Great location, close to markets and main transports, but at the same time, since it's an independent house, you can enjoy the quietness inside the home. With 5 bedrooms and a big living rooms, the outside patio, a big kitchen, the Villa can host groups up to 14 people.
