This is Venice ... Of course, not an island, but for those who travel without luxury - will be satisfied. Clean, neat, near the station. One euro and 50 cents and you are on the islands.

The staff is very helpful and nice. the location is extremely convenience, just about 500 meter from the train station.
So Highly recommended to back-packer.

If you are looking for luxury, maybe is not the best place. But I wasn't, and I really liked the place. It fits the price you pay, the staff is nice and the place is close to main part of Venice by bus (the bus stop is 1 minute from the B&B). I recommend it!
