the hotel canceled booking of a single room one night before saying (it was quite last minute booking) - saying that they can offer extra duvet just for a night - not during the day with some reducement of a price - i found it ridiculous as i ordered single bed room for 50 euro - so i asked them to cancel and to send me 5 euro deposit that i payed back - i never seen my deposit!
