Excellent place to stay, would be great with lots of friends in an apartment, bike rental is a must; it's free and the city centre is a little distance away, but with the bikes it makes it fine! Not your normal hostel, but good value for money!

This place is amazing! It is really clean and the stuff is extremely helpful and correct.

It is a little bit far from the centre but by bus it's just 5-10 minutes.

This place is fantastic! There was only one issue - on the booking I asked for 2 bedrooms & when we arrived were given 1 but they moved us with no fuss at all - maybe Hostelsclub need to make sure all requests are actioned. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. It was very clean, they even cleaned though we wre only there 4 nights. A supermarket is just round the corner. It is a little way from the centre of Verona(20 mins walk)but there is a very good bus service to town & a cab late at night around 10euors. Though Verona felt very safe at night we were just too tipsy to walk. Ancora Prosecco! Great value for money, I would absolutely recommend this place and definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This place was amazing if you are looking for a nice inexpensive home away from home with a kitchen to cook food from the supermarket. Everything is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. Although the area is far from the center, it is very simple to get to with the bus. It is a few stops away from the center and only a walk away from the bus stop. It is not like a youth hostel at all, so if you want to meet people it is a bit secluded and unlikely to really meet anyone. If you have a group of people and want to spend some time with them then this is definitely the place for you.

This is a beautiful place to stay, but a little different from the usual "youth hostels". It is actually an apartment block so although there aren't any social activities etc. organised it is very modern, has great facilities (fridge, microwave, TV, free WIFI) and the desk staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a little way out of the main centre, but it is convenient and cheap to catch the bus. Because a lot of people who live there are residents rather than backpackers, there isn't a lot of socialising, however, I enjoyed staying here because it was very comforatble and I felt like I was staying at a friend's place, rather than a hostel.

I was in the Residence on juny and september, for my next visit in Verona I will choose it again.Excellent value for money.I booked a room but I got 2 rooms apartment, spacious and clean, with fully equiped kitchen, washing machine and huge terrace. City center is 20-25min walk from the hotel, and only some minutes by bus. Friendly and helpful staff.

A good hostel! The rooms are very big for this price. You even get this room cheaper. Because when you don't book through this website, you pay 70 euro's for one room. So it's cheap. We loved Verona, it is so beautiful. This hotel is just outside of the heart of Verona. But you can walk (15 min) or go with the bus. There are more buslines to the heart of the city, so you don't have to wait for a long time. I would reccomend this hotel!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside Porta Vescovo. I stayed in a double room which I shared with another person. It's clean and good for the value. If you are looking for cheap but decent as well as (sort of) private accomodation, I think the Residence Viale Venezia will be perfect. But if you are aiming to meet people from all over the world and looking for a cheaper place, go to a youth hostel.

This is a pleasant clean and safe place to stay. The only problem is it is a bit away from the city, but that didn't matter too much as it only cost 1 euro on the short bus journey to get to the city. The buses are very frequent and only take about 10minutes to get to city. I was pleasantly surprised on the cleaniness and safety of these residence. Would stay again. The area around seemed abit dodgy, so wouldn't travel around on my own at night.

The best conditions and reasonable price.

A large spacious rooms, clean shower-room, air condition in each room. Wide comfortable bed.

Location is no so far from a city center. 10 minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes by bus to the city center.

Just excellent! Thank you for the good service.

Had booked for a shared room, and was instead given an appartment all to myself. What an absolute bargain. The apartment was huge, with very large bathroom, washing machine and bidet. Also entrance hall, 2 beds and kitchen with fridge, cooker, tv and cooking utensils. Definitely the best place that I stayed in on the entire holiday, especially as I was finding it quite difficult at first to find accommodation in Verona. Very close to Porto Vescovo train station and bus stops, or a 20 minute walk into the centre of Verona itself. Would highly recommend. Not many shops close by though and so stock up with food and supplies before returning to the hostel

I DID book a ROOM in an apartment but to my surprise I had booked ONLY a BED in a room, which I had to share with a stranger. So I was told by the lady manager/owner. Also all the doors from the 3 bedrooms opened with the same key..

I made the best out of it with my roommate.there was also a couple . The advertised this completely different. A Bit far away too but IF you have bought the Veronacard public transport included. Will NOT stay again. women 61.

They should advice that there are no buses from the airport to the city after 23hrs, we took a taxi and it costs us almost 30 euros

Not a hostel like we first thought but just a lot of apartments. For the price we paid it was very reasonable considering verona isn't that cheap a place. Quite far out of the centre but very near a train station (however it isn't the main 1) They also don't like noise after about 10

The hostel is quite good. I lived in a four room apartment. There was a shared kitchen with a TV and a sofa to relax, and also a shared WC/shower. The room I lived in had all the necessary stuff, namely, bed, wardrobe, bench, etc. There was a girl who seemed to have been living in there for quite a long time, so it is a good place to spend some nights.

This place is more geared towards student housing; however, it was a very well kept establishment and it felt more like home or being on res! Great to meet new people in the rooms, but again, it was difficult to meet others outside of the apartment due to a lack of common room. The lady that runs the show is FANTASTIC!! Such a busy woman, but still so helpful! Thanks again for all the direction!

Apartment was used by university students, so there were roommates and their guests there as well as overnighters. Not a big deal, but a little startling coming out of the shower suddenly discovering someone of the opposite gender.

Need more specific directions from the bus stop as there are 5 or 6 streets from which to choose and some street signs are a distance across a really busy street and unreadable.

Certainly an OK place to stay for one night.

The location of these apartments is much further away from town than the website suggested and is also further away from other facilities. We had no washing machine in our room, despite what was advised and the staff were quite unhelpful.

Clean, large accommodations--would be great to stay with a large group. Somewhat far from the older parts of Verona, but very close to both a train station and bus stops. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom--the rooms even have a washing machine and an enormous balcony! Highly recommended.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are large with ensuite bathhrooms and extremely clean and hygenic. Even though it is a short 4 min bus ride from the centre it is excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommended and I will return

The hostel itself was ok.. not the best location but it was a good value.. however, the night staff was so rude.. he actually got upset with me because i needed in my room at 4 am-- like i made the no key policy they have.. he also pretended to not speak english after i heard him hold an entire conversation with someone on the phone in english.. i would avoid this hostel just because of this jerk..

It was an excellent value, located near Porta Vescovo train station which made it easy to get to, and had everything you would need to live in Verona. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for anyone traveling to Verona. Cristina the day receptionist was particularily friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a private twin which was relatively clean, though not exactly veryaethetically pleasing. There were extra features we had that we didn't know about during booking and didn't have a use for (kitchen), so I wonder if we payed more than we should have. The shower was also a bit low pressure. It was really fairly close to the Roman Arena, just a few minutes drive away. The staff was very helpful to us considering we were there during the Monday after Easter, and they allowed us to use their computer, as everything might have been closed in the city.

Very good accomodation; private big and confortable apartment with bathroom and kitchen inside; private free parking, easy to get there (Verona Est exit); not so far from centre (20 min walk) and best price from this website :)
