Our Jogoo road property was established on 1st of August 2017 whereas as for Ruaraka and Paklands were opened on 1st January 2018, 1st March 2019 respectively.

Home to over 340 en-suite studios, we offer ideal student accommodation for college and university students in Nairobi. We currently have three options of rooms; Premium room, Single and double rooms.

We offer lounge areas which can be used both as study areas or entertainment areas. We also have an inbound fully equipped gym that is only accessible to the students.

Qwetu student residences has brought nearly all service to the students as we have an arcade area open to both the public and the students. The amenities include a supermarket, a restaurant, Barber shop/ spa and a chemist
