Transfer



1. Velana International Airport to Hotel

1.1 A 70 minutes’ flight from Velana International Airport to Gan International airport and then followed by a 10 minutes speed boat ride from Gan international airport.

1.2 On arrival at Velana International airport (Male airport) the clients will be met by our airport representatives, who will then escort the clients to the domestic terminal for their flight to Gan International Airport.

1.3 Domestic transfers are provided by an external company. Once booking is confirmed; the Hotel will automatically reserve seats for the clients in accordance with client’s International flight details.

1.4 Any guest name changes or modifications shall be informed 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. In the event of guest name change or modification received less than 72 hours prior to guest arrival, US$55 per person will be charged.

1.5 Below transfer charges are inclusive of round-trip domestic flight and shared speed boat transfer.

1.6 Transfer charges are inclusive all applicable taxes.

Domestic Flight Transfer Notice:

- Domestic transfer provider imposes a luggage restriction of 20 kg’s of checked-in luggage and 5 kg’s of hand luggage, additional weight will be charged at US$3.00 per kg which shall be paid direct at the check-in counter at the time of Check-in to the domestic flight.

- Please note that neither the Hotel nor the transfer provider shall be held liable for any claims arising from missed international flights due to delay of Domestic transfer caused by adverse weather conditions, force majeure and acts of God.



2. Gan International Airport to Hotel

2.1 The Xen Hotel in Meedhoo Island is approximately 15 minutes speed boat ride from Gan International Airport.

2.2 The clients arriving to Gan International airport either by International flight or domestic flight will need to take speed boat transfer to the Hotel. Upon arrival to Gan International Airport, clients will be met by our airport representatives in Gan, who will then escort the clients to the speed boat.

2.3 Round trip Speed boat transfer charges are: US$70 per adult (12 years and above), Children below 12 years will enjoy complimentary speed boat transfer when travelling with the adults.
