My idea is to create small hostel with comfortable conditions right in the city centre.In my property is just 2 rooms. One for men and another for women. 4 place for ladies and 6 places for men. Small kitchen with bar and near the entrance place for relaxing.

Common area is kitchen and bathroom.

Surroundings
Is in quiet place. Near the supermarket and the restaurant, also near the hostel is biggest parc with lake in the city.
