Sea Breeze Guesthouse was founded in February 1999 and from there on was owner managed.
Presently the guesthouse is managed by the Liebenberg family.
Previously they were farmers in the south of Namibia and brought their exceptional hospitality skills, friendliness and their personal attention to cleanliness, neatness and service of the highest standard.
With that said we also cherish our informal and relaxed way with our guests to let them feel they are at home.

Sea Breeze do have 8 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, 4 self catering/ family units also with en-suite bathrooms. One of the self catering units is wheelchair adapted and is rated as one of the very best in Namibia.
Three of the standard double rooms have queen sized beds all the other is outfitted with single beds but can be converted to king size beds.
The rooms is serviced every day with clean and dry towels, white linen covered the beds and is changed every second or third day for long staying.

Our lounge is also used for the reception area where we sat down with our guests. While they are enjoying a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of beer we advise and plan all their activities (boat cruises, desert excursions, scenic flights, quad biking, fishing trips, etc.) and dinner arrangements during their stay with us.
Our guests are connected 24/7 to our free high speed wi-fi connection. Laptop with free internet access is available.
Full English breakfast available.

Sea Breeze Guesthouse is situated 4 km north of the cbd of Swakopmund, 300 meters from the ocean.
In 5 months time we will have a shopping mall with world class restaurants, arts & craft center and big retail shops on our doorstep.
It is really only a 10 minute drive to the center of Swakopmund and for all the activities you will be picked up in front of the guesthouse.

We are a family run guesthouse. We enjoy making people feel welcome and at home, therefore we go out of our way to help and assist our guests. Sea Breeze Guesthouse will always welcome you with a smile.

 

 

Terms and conditions

This agreement is governed by and is subject to interpretation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. The guesthouse shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for any failure of performance here-under, for any reason beyond its control. Such cause shall be deemed to include, without limitation, war, warlike operations, armed aggression, insurrection, riots, fire, explosions, accidents, failure to obtain government approvals, Government acts or omissions, regulations or orders, acts of God, acts of a public enemy, epidemics, quarantine, restrictions or labour unrest.
