We are located in the heart of Managua, 6 miles from Managua International Airport. Minutes away from shopping centers and services which include, hospitals, medical and dental clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food restaurants, super markets, banks, beauty shops and most everyday necessities. Located one block from one of the main arteries of the city (Avenue main Altamira) with direct access to different means of transport and lots of services accessible within walking distance.

Payment and cancellation policy:

- We will make a nonrefundable charge of 2 nights, 72 hours before the arrival.

-The Cancellation policy is not applicable if you cancel or modify the reservation, We will not make refunds.

- No show: in case of 'no-show', we will charge a penalty of 2 nights (charge that we would already have done)

- If the guest leaves prematurely the establishment, we will charge a one night penalty.

- If the credit card used is not valid the reservation will be automatically canceled.
