I don`t recomend this hostel in the following reasons. 1)I booked a 4 bed room but my room was a 10 bed room (Staff told me its mistake by hostel.com 2)until 3 am other guests kept making noises, which didn`t let me sleep at all and moreover it was not one night.

Staff wasn't very friendly when we first arrived. We were there too early check in and they didn't even want to let us use the bathroom. I had booked 8 beds in a 10 bed room for our group and they split us up into two rooms. I even asked about it and they said they didn't have 8 beds in the other room, even though it turned out they did. They didn't tell us breakfast cost money until after we ate it. It wasn't even very good. The hostel facility was pretty nice but there is no heat in the building because its historical.

we are very sorry , but at the time you arrived all the toilets were occupied by the guests who still stayied at the hostel and you did not inform us about the early arrival, you also booked ''beds'' not a private room for 8 persons, it could be ok and we can do eveything for our guests to make them the stay as comfortabel as possible but -I am sorry , without any information from your side we are not able
Breakfast costs money-there is info about it on the web site and we can not remind about it to every customer before breakfast!
there is also not correct comment from your side that we don't have the heating in the hostel, in every room or common area we have heaters-it is so easy to turn them on-that's it

Great experience in Ars Hostel!very clean, friendly atmosphere, the staff is always very nice and kind. You'll surely enjoy your stay here! Highly reccomended

For a hostel with so many people who can have access to the main living room, kitchen, bathrooms, etc, I found it a very clean hostel. Bed were changed every day (we stay for two nights). The breakfast are surprisingly complete: cereals, coffee, tea, bread, ham and cheese, nutella, jam, etc. Can be noisy at night since the common room is for everyone and next to the rooms. Kitchen small but decent. I recommend.

It is a really wonwerful place. The main advantage is - communacation with the people who work there, becase they become a family for you: they can take you to the Clubbing tour and help you in the morning with your hangover; they could show you sightseeings of Krakow and then take you to the best restaurant and even we'll not let you pay for the that. Frankly speaking - it it the place which you want to visit even if you don't want to visit Poland at all.

An absolutely brilliant place to stay!! facilities are fantastic and staff so helpful n friendly!! the owner is a legend... brought the whole hostel out together 4 a night n was always bringin ppl on day trips!! best hostel iv ever stayed in!!
